pencapaian target Net zero emission Perusahaan.
 Perseroan secara berkelanjutan melakukan berbagai inisiatif untuk mendukung pengurangan emisi dari
 kegiatan operasional. Upaya tersebut dilakukan melalui peningkatan efisiensi konsumsi bahan bakar serta
 pengalihan sumber energi listrik dari energi konvensional menuju energi terbarukan. Dalam rangka
 meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan bahan bakar, Perseroan menerapkan pemanfaatan teknologi Global
 Positioning System (GPS) untuk memantau operasional kendaraan secara lebih efektif, serta melakukan
 perawatan berkala dan peremajaan armada secara bertahap guna memastikan kendaraan selalu berada
 dalam kondisi optimal. Langkah-langkah tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi konsumsi bahan
 bakar sekaligus menekan potensi emisi yang dihasilkan dari aktivitas kendaraan operasional. Selain
 itu, Perseroan juga mengimplementasikan penggunaan energi surya melalui pemasangan panel
 surya (solar panel) sebagai alternatif sumber listrik dalam mendukung kegiatan operasional. Pemanfaatan
 energi terbarukan ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen Perseroan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada
 energi berbasis fosil. Melalui berbagai inisiatif tersebut, Perseroan berupaya menekan tingkat emisi yang
 dihasilkan dari kegiatan operasional. Berdasarkan perhitungan emisi yang disajikan pada tabel di atas,
 tingkat emisi per armada yang tetap relatif terjaga dari tahun ke tahun.

Langkah-langkah yang sudah dilakukan dan penurunan emisi yang telah dicapai dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya.

Penjelasan:


Perseroan secara berkelanjutan melakukan berbagai inisiatif untuk mendukung pengurangan emisi dari
kegiatan operasional. Upaya tersebut dilakukan melalui peningkatan efisiensi konsumsi bahan bakar serta
pengalihan sumber energi listrik dari energi konvensional menuju energi terbarukan. Dalam rangka

 Perseroan memastikan bahwa selama beroperasi tidak mempekerjakan karyawan di bawah umur dan tidak

 setiap proses rekrutmen, pihak personalia selalu memastikan bahwa karyawan yang direkrut telah berusia
 minimal 18 tahun dan memiliki Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP). Perseroan tidak memuat kebijakan khusus
 terkait tenaga kerja anak dan tenaga kerja paksa. Namun, Perseroan selalu mencantumkan usia minimal,
 dan memastikan telah lulus Sekolah Menengah Atas / Kejuruan dalam setiap pengumuman, iklan, dan

 Perseroan memulai proses penerapan standar ISO 45001:2018 mengenai Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan

 lebih aman dan sehat melalui pendekatan berbasis manajemen risiko. Selain meningkatkan perlindungan
 bagi karyawan, penerapan standar tersebut juga mencerminkan komitmen Perseroan terhadap kepatuhan
 terhadap regulasi serta peningkatan praktik tata kelola perusahaan yang baik.

achieving net zero emission target.
 The Company continuously undertakes various initiatives to support operational emissions reduction.
 These efforts include improving fuel efficiency and shifting electricity sources from conventional to
 renewable energy sources. To improve fuel efficiency, the Company utilizes Global Positioning System
 (GPS) technology to more effectively maintain vehicle operations, as well as conducting regular
 maintenance and gradual fleet renewal to ensure vehicles are always in optimal condition. These measures
 are expected to improve fuel efficiency while reducing potential emissions from vehicle operations.
 Furthermore, the Company is also implementing solar energy through the installation of solar panels as an
 alternative electricity source to support operational activities. The use of renewable energy is part of the
 Company's commitment to reducing dependence on fossil-based energy sources. Through these efforts, the
 Company strives to reduce emissions from operational activities. Based on the emission calculations
 presented in the table above, the emission level per fleet has remained relatively stable from year to year.

Steps that have been taken and emission reductions that have been achieved compared to the previous year


a. The Company installs GPS telematics in its rental vehicles to monitor fuel consumption, vehicle emissions,
and driving behavior in real time. Utilizing this technology allows the Company to improve fleet operational
efficiency while reducing potential negative impacts on the environment.

b. The Company regularly performs routine maintenance and fleet renewal to maintain optimal vehicle
performance. These efforts are expected to improve fuel efficiency and support more environmentally friendly
operations.

c. The Company also utilizes renewable energy through the installation of solar panels to generate cleaner and
more efficient electricity to support operational activities.

The Company's various energy efficiency efforts have shown positive results. Based on energy usage data, there
has been a general increase in total energy consumption in line with the growth of operational activities.
However, the Company's energy efficiency level has shown improvement compared to the previous two years.

In 2025, the energy intensity per vehicle was recorded at 0.59 Gigajoules/unit, compared to 0.50 Gigajoules/unit
in 2024.

  The Company ensures that during its operations, it does not employ underage employees and does not use
  forced labor. All activities comply with applicable labor regulations. In every recruitment process, the HR
  department always ensures that employees are at least 18 years old and possess an Identity Card (KTP).

  always lists the minimum age and ensures high school/vocational school graduation in all announcements,
  advertisements, and other job vacancy information.
