5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam
waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan
saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang).

Does the Company have plans to take corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange
(at least in the next 3 months).

Perseroan saat ini belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan Tindakan Korporasi
dalam waktu dekat, namun tidak menutup kemungkinan jika diperlukan untuk
pemenuhan suatu yang disyaratkan perundang-undangan maka Perseroan akan
melakukan Tindakan Korporasi sesuai kebutuhan.

The Company currently has no plans to take Corporate Action in the near future,
however it doesn't rule out the possibility that if needed for the fulfilment of something
reguired by law, the Company will take Corporate Action as needed.

6. Rencana Pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih

Company, it is currently being communicated by the Corporate Secretary and will be
