                             ANNOUNCEMENT
                           TO ALL SHAREHOLDERS


In compliance with the provisions of Article 21 paragraph 4 of the Company’s
Articles of Association, the Board of Directors hereby announces to the
shareholders of the Company that on Tuesday, 9 June 2026, the Company will
hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“Meeting”).

The invitation will be announced on Monday, 18 May 2026 on the website of the
Indonesia Stock Exchange, website of the Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia
(eASY.KSEI application) and website of the Company (www.sucaco.com).

The Company shareholders who have the right to attend or be represented in the
Meeting, whether for Company shares not entered into Collective Custodianship
or for Company shares held in Collective Custodianship, are the rightful
shareholders or proxies of shareholders and account holders or proxies of account
holders whose names are registered in the Company's Register of Shareholders at
16:00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB) on Wednesday, 13 May 2026.

An Agenda Item for the Meeting may be proposed by 1 (one) or more shareholders
who own at least 1/20 (one-twentieth) of total shares with valid voting rights. All
proposals submitted by shareholders will be added to the Meeting agenda
provided that they meet the requirements set forth in Article 21 paragraph 8 of
the Company Articles of Association. Such proposals must be received by the
Company Board of Directors no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the date of
invitation to the Meeting.
