Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description on the information or Material Facts Perseroan menginformasikan bahwa Laporan Keuangan Interim Perseroan untuk periode yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Maret 2026 (“Laporan Keuangan Maret 2026”) akan dilakukan proses penelaahan terbatas oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik Tjahjadi & Tamara, sehubungan dengan proses penelaahan terbatas Laporan Keuangan Maret 2026 PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk. The Company would like to inform that its Interim Financial Statements for the period ended on 31 March 2026 (Financial Statements of March 2026”) will be conducted a limited review process by Public Accountant Firm Tjahjadi & Tamara, in connection with the limited review process of the March 2026 Financial Report of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk. Sehubungan dengan ketentuan pada Angka 1!I.1.1.5.1.2 dan Angka 1!l1.1.5.2 Peraturan BEI No. I-E, yang mengatur bahwa batas waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan interim yang ditelaah secara terbatas oleh Akuntan Publik disampaikan paling lambat pada akhir bulan kedua setelah tanggal laporan keuangan interim dimaksud, dengan ini kami informasikan bahwa Laporan Keuangan Maret 2026 akan kami sampaikan kepada BEI dan OJK selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal 31 Mei 2026. In connection with the Article 1111.1.5.1.2 and Article M11.8.2 of the IDX Regulation No. I-£, which stipulates that the deadline for submitting interim financial statements that are limited reviewed by a Public Accountant is carried out no laterthan the end of the second month afterthe date of such interim financial statements, we hereby inform that the Financial Statements of March 2026 will be submitted to IDX and OJK no later than 31 May 2026.
