Sehubungan dengan:
1. Surat PT Bhineka Inovasi Ketahanan Energi Tbk (Perseroan) nomor 2026/218/14/SBI AM tanggal
16 April 2026 perihal Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Sepeda Bersama Indonesia Tbk,
2. Pengumuman Suspensi nomor Peng-SPT-00010/BEI.PP3/04-2026 tanggal 30 April 2026, dan
3. Surat Perseroan nomor 2026/244R2/26/SBI EK tanggal 19 Agustus 2026 perihal Penjelasan atas
Permintaan Penjelasan Bursa,
serta mempertimbangkan penyampaian keterbukaan informasi dari Perseroan yang telah lengkap, maka Bursa
mencabut Penghentian Sementara Perdagangan Efek Perseroan di seluruh pasar terhitung sejak Sesi Pre-
Opening perdagangan efek pada hari Senin, tanggal 24 Agustus 2026.
Bursa meminta kepada seluruh pihak yang berkepentingan untuk selalu memperhatikan keterbukaan informasi
yang disampaikan oleh Perseroan.

1. The letter of PT Bhineka Inovasi Ketahanan Energi Tbk (the “Company”) No. 2026/218/14/SBI AM dated
16 April 2026, regarding Material Information or Facts in Relation to a Change in Share Ownership
Resulting in a Direct Change of Control Over the Company,
2. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) Announcement No. Peng-SPT-00010/BEI.PP3/04-2026
dated April 30, 2026, regarding the Temporary Suspension of Trading of the Securities of
PT PT Bhineka Inovasi Ketahanan Energi Tbk (BIKE), and
3. The letter of Company” No. 2026/244R2/26/SBI EK dated August 19, 2026, regarding Explanation for
Request for Explanation of Indonesia Stock Exchange,
and considering that the Company has provided adequate disclosure of information, the Exchange hereby lifts
the Temporary Suspension of Trading for the securities of the Company in all market, effective from Pre-
Opening Session trading hours on Monday, August 24, 2026.
All interested parties are advised to continuously monitor the Company’s disclosures.
