c. Tidak pernah dihukum karena tindak pidana yang merugikan keuangan negara dan/atau berkaitan
dengan sektor keuangan.
4 Berkomitmen mematuhi peraturan perundang-undangan.
.5 Memiliki kemauan dan kemampuan untuk terus meningkatkan pengetahuan di bidang perbankan,
.keuangan, dan bidang terkait lainnya.

KB Bank menegaskan komitmennya terhadap prinsip Zero Tolerance atas segala bentuk suap, korupsi, dan
gratifikasi. Dalam menjalankan bisnis, Bank selalu bertindak profesional, adil, dan berintegritas.
Untuk mendukung pengendalian gratifikasi, Bank menetapkan Kebijakan Anti Penyuapan dan Korupsi
dalam Pedoman Anti Korupsi dan Pengelolaan Gratifikasi No. 393 Versi 2.0 tanggal 26 Mei 2025. Kebijakan
ini telah disosialisasikan melalui berbagai media komunikasi internal. Bank juga rutin mengadakan pelatihan
guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran karyawan terhadap pentingnya kepatuhan pada kebijakan
tersebut.
Upaya ini dilakukan untuk menjaga integritas dan kepercayaan terhadap KB Bank, serta memastikan
seluruh pihak mematuhi standar etika yang tinggi dalam praktik bisnis. Terkait gratifikasi yang berhubungan
dengan jabatan dan bertentangan dengan kewajiban atau tugas, seluruh anggota Dewan Komisaris, Direksi,
dan karyawan wajib menolaknya.
KB Bank juga mengawasi pelaksanaan Kebijakan Anti Penyuapan dan Korupsi, termasuk kepatuhan
terhadap kode etik dan Pedoman Disiplin Karyawan. Setiap pelanggaran akan ditindak sesuai ketentuan
yang berlaku.
Sebagai penguatan kebijakan tersebut, KB Bank menerapkan berbagai kebijakan pendukung, antara lain:

2. The criteria are developed by the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and approved by the Board
of Commissioners.
The criteria for members of the Board of Commissioners are as follows:
1. Have good character, morals, and integrity.
2. Be competent to perform legal acts.
3. Within the 5 years prior to appointment and during their term of office:
a. Have never been declared bankrupt.
b. Have never been a member of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners found guilty of

KB Bank affirms its commitment to the principle of Zero Tolerance for all forms of bribery, corruption, and
gratuities. In conducting its business, the Bank always acts professionally, fairly, and with integrity.
To support gratuity control, the Bank has established an Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy in the Anti-
Corruption and Gratuity Management Guidelines No. 393, Version 2.0, dated May 26, 2025. This policy has
been disseminated through various internal communication channels. The Bank also regularly conducts
training to increase employee understanding and awareness of the importance of compliance with this
policy.
These efforts are undertaken to maintain integrity and trust in KB Bank and to ensure that all parties adhere
to high ethical standards in business practices. All members of the Board of Commissioners, Directors, and
employees are required to refuse any gratuities related to their position and contrary to their obligations or
duties.
KB Bank also oversees the implementation of the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, including compliance
with the code of ethics and Employee Disciplinary Guidelines. Any violations will be prosecuted in
accordance with applicable regulations.
To strengthen this policy, KB Bank has implemented various supporting policies, including:
1. Policy No. 004 of 2025, Version 6.0, dated October 10, 2025, concerning the Code of Ethics of PT Bank
KB Indonesia Tbk.
2. Guideline No. 095 of 2024 concerning the Whistleblowing System (WBS) Guidelines of PT Bank KB
Bukopin Tbk.
3. Policy No. 208 of 2024 concerning the Anti-Fraud Strategy Policy of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk.
Through these policies, KB Bank is committed to creating a work environment with integrity, transparency,
and freedom from irregularities in its business operations.
