Facts
With reference to the Information Disclosure/Material Fact
Report regarding the alleged criminal acts of embezzlement of
funds and investment, as detailed in our letter No. 018/SK/KI-
CORSEC/VIII/2026 dated August 11, 2026, we hereby submit
a progress report on the handling of said alleged criminal acts.
The Company has reported the alleged criminal acts of
embezzlement of funds and investment to the Criminal
Investigation Agency of the Indonesian National Police
(BARESKRIM POLRI) under Police Report Number:
LP/B/386/VIII/2026/SPKT/BARESKRIM POLRI, dated August
21, 2026. This report has been officially accepted, as
evidenced by the Police Report Receipt Number:
STTL/386/VIII/2026/BARESKRIM, dated August 21, 2026.
The Company has reported incidents involving alleged criminal
acts related to insurance, fraud, embezzlement, embezzlement
in office, and money laundering against the reported parties:
JCM, RNN, PH, NMS, MAI, and AA.
We hereby convey this information disclosure regarding the
progress of the handling of the alleged criminal acts of
embezzlement of funds and investment. Thank you for your
