Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Menindaklanjuti pengumuman Perseroan tanggal 20 April
2026 perihal Keterbukaan Informasi Dividen Tunai
berdasarkan hasil keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Tahunan (RUPST) tanggal 17 April 2026, dengan ini
Perseroan menyampaikan informasi tambahan sebagai
berikut:
1. Rasio Pembayaran Dividen (Dividend Payout Ratio):
Sebesar 60% dari laba bersih Perseroan tahun buku 2025.
2. Nilai Dividen per Saham (Dividend Per Share):
Sebesar Rp992 (sembilan ratus sembilan puluh dua Rupiah)
per saham yang akan dibagikan kepada pemegang saham
atas 1,114,899,100 saham yang telah dikeluarkan oleh
Perseroan.
Selanjutnya dapat disampaikan bahwa jumlah saham tersebut
tidak termasuk 15,025,900 saham yang saat ini dikuasai oleh
Perseroan sebagai hasil dari program pembelian kembali
saham (Buyback) yang sedang berjalan (Saham Tresuri).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Further to the Company announcement dated April 20, 2026,
Facts regarding the Cash Dividend Disclosure based on the
resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(AGMS) held on April 17, 2026, the Company hereby provides
the following additional information:
1. Dividend Payout Ratio: The Company Dividend
Payout Ratio is set at 60% of the Company net profit for the
2025 financial year.
2. Dividend Per Share (DPS): The dividend value is
Rp992 (nine hundred ninety-two Rupiah) per share which will
be distributed to shareholders for 1,114,899,100 shares issued
by the Company.
Furthermore, please be advised that the number of shares
excludes 15,025,900 shares currently held by the Company as
a result of the ongoing share buyback program (Treasury
Shares).
