Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan 2026 Perseroan tertanggal
17 April 2026, bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa kurs
konversi yang akan digunakan untuk pembagian dividen tunai
tahun buku 2025 mengacu pada kurs tengah Bank Indonesia
tanggal 29 April 2026, yaitu senilai Rp17.245,-/AS$ (tujuh
belas ribu dua ratus empat puluh lima Rupiah per Dolar
Amerika Serikat).
Dengan demikian jumlah keseluruhan dividen tunai tahun buku
2025 yang akan dibagikan oleh Perseroan dalam mata uang
Rupiah adalah sebesar Rp2.069.463.620.530,- (dua triliun
enam puluh sembilan miliar empat ratus enam puluh tiga juta
enam ratus dua puluh ribu lima ratus tiga puluh Rupiah) untuk
40.882.331.500 (empat puluh miliar delapan ratus delapan
puluh dua juta tiga ratus tiga puluh satu ribu lima ratus)
saham, atau sebesar Rp50,62 (lima puluh koma enam puluh
dua Rupiah) per saham.

Conversion Exchange Rate for the Cash Dividend for the

Description of Material Information or Following up on the announcement on the Schedule and
Facts Mechanism for the Cash Dividend as stated in the Summary
Minute of the Company Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders of 2026 of April 17th, 2026, we hereby announce
that the conversion exchange rate for the distribution of the
cash dividend for the fiscal year of 2025 shall be the middle
rate of Bank Indonesia of April 29th, 2026 of Rp17,245/US$
(seventeen thousand two hundred and forty-five rupiah per
United States dollar).
Therefore, total cash dividend for the fiscal year of 2025 to be
distributed by the Company in Rupiah currency is
Rp2,069,463,620,530,- (two trillion sixty-nine billion four
hundred sixty-three million six hundred twenty thousand and
five hundred thirty rupiahs) for 40,882,331,500 (forty billion
eight hundred eighty-two million three hundred thirty-one
thousand five hundred) shares or Rp50.62 (fifty point six two
rupiah) per share.
