Pembagian Dividen Tunai Final dalam Ringkasan Risalah
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan 2026 Perseroan
tertanggal 17 April 2026, bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa
kurs konversi yang akan digunakan untuk pembagian dividen
tunai final tahun buku 2025 mengacu pada kurs tengah Bank
Indonesia tanggal 29 April 2026, yaitu senilai Rp17.245,-/AS$
(tujuh belas ribu dua ratus empat puluh lima Rupiah per Dolar
Amerika Serikat).
Dengan demikian jumlah keseluruhan dividen tunai final tahun
buku 2025 yang akan dibagikan oleh Perseroan dalam mata
uang Rupiah adalah sebesar Rp3.405.946.444.092,- (tiga
triliun empat ratus lima miliar sembilan ratus empat puluh
enam juta empat ratus empat puluh empat ribu sembilan puluh
dua Rupiah) untuk 28.800.494.200 (dua puluh delapan miliar
delapan ratus juta empat ratus sembilan puluh empat ribu dua
ratus) saham, atau sebesar Rp118,26 (seratus delapan belas
koma dua enam Rupiah) per saham.

Conversion Exchange Rate for the Final Cash Dividend of PT

Description of Material Information or Following up on the announcement on the schedule and

that the conversion exchange rate for the distribution of the
final cash dividend for the fiscal year of 2025 shall be the
middle rate of Bank Indonesia of April 29th, 2026 of
Rp17,245/US$ (seventeen thousand two hundred and forty-
five rupiahs per United States dollar per United States dollar).
