Prodia Starts 2026 with Solid Performance,
First Quarter Net Profit Grows Over 150%

Jakarta, 29 April 2026 — PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk (TickerCode: PRDA), a leading provider of medical laboratory
and clinic services in Indonesia, started 2026 with solid performance and maintained resilience amid ongoing global
economic and political dynamics. In the first quarter of 2026, the Company recorded revenue of IDR 501.4 billion,
representing a year-on-year (YoY) increase of 3.8%. The Company’s revenue during the period continued to be
supported by key contributions from routine and esoteric testing segments, which showed sustained demand,
making Q1 2026 the highest first-quarter revenue performance in the past two years.

In line with revenue growth, the cost of revenues was recorded at IDR 229.3 billion, reflecting a 4.4% year-on-year
(YoY) increase. The increase was aligned with higher patient visits and test volumes, reflecting strong demand for
diagnostic services, further supported by the solid performance of routine and esoteric testing segments in the first
quarter. As a result, the Company reported net profit of IDR 17.9 billion in the first quarter of 2026, representing a
significant increase of 150.1% YoY. This growth in net profit was driven by higher revenue as well as the optimization
of cost of goods sold and operating expenses. Throughout 2026, the Company will continue to focus on maintaining
profit margins through stricter cost efficiency measures, while ensuring that all operations are carried out optimally.

From a cash flow perspective, net cash generated from operating activities amounted to IDR 112.2 billion. This
performance reflects the Company’s operational dynamics as well as prudent working capital management in
supporting business continuity. Meanwhile, net cash used in investing activities was recorded at IDR 62.8 billion,
primarily driven by expenditures for asset development and the strengthening of the operational ecosystem to
support long-term growth.

The Company continued to demonstrate a solid financial position as of the first quarter of 2026, with total assets
reaching IDR 2.6 trillion. This achievement reflects the Company’s capability to manage its resources effectively while
maintaining financial resilience amid global uncertainties. From a capital structure perspective, total liabilities were
recorded at IDR 263.5 billion, while total equity stood at IDR 2.4 trillion. The Company’s liquidity remained well
maintained, indicating its ability to meet short-term obligations in a timely manner while preserving financial
flexibility to support ongoing operations and business expansion. This composition reflects a healthy leverage profile
and a strong capital foundation, supported by solid liquidity, enabling the Company to fulfill its short-term liabilities
while maintaining financial flexibility to drive operational performance and future growth.

In maintaining a strong financial structure, the Company consistently applies prudent principles through the optimal
management of its liabilities and equity composition. This strategy aims to enhance capital cost efficiency while
strengthening financial flexibility in navigating various opportunities and challenges. Looking ahead, the Company
remains committed to sustaining its performance through service innovation, continuous improvement in diagnostic
quality, and efficient operational management, in line with the positive outlook of Indonesia’s healthcare services
industry.

Liana Kuswandi, President Director of Prodia, stated, “The first quarter of 2026 serves as an initial reference point
for the Company in assessing the outlook of the medical laboratory services sector, taking into account seasonal
trends during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr that influence consumption patterns. These trends have been addressed
through initiatives to enhance health awareness, including the #TenangKarenaTau campaign. On the other hand, the
Page 2
Company continues to monitor the escalation of global geopolitical conflicts; however, to date, these developments
have not had a material impact on operations and are being managed prudently. To drive positive performance going
forward, the Company is accelerating its core strategies through strengthening the digital ecosystem, optimizing
services, and advancing precision medicine via specialty clinics such as stem cell, autoimmune & allergy, and
longevity. We have recently opened the Integrative Autoimmune & Allergy Clinics in Gading Serpong, Tangerang, and
the Stem Cell Clinic in Pondok Indah, Jakarta. In addition, we continue to enhance complex diagnostic services,
including esoteric, genomic, and multiomics testing. These efforts are supported by improved network productivity,
strategic collaborations, and selective expansion to sustain growth and create long-term value,” Liana concluded.

On the same occasion, Marina Eka Amalia, Finance & Sustainability Director of Prodia, stated that the Company’s
financial foundation remains in a positive and solid position. “Overall, the Company’s financial fundamentals
continue to be sound and resilient, enabling the sustainability of its operations. The Company has undertaken
anticipatory measures and conducted thorough risk assessments to ensure the stability of its financial performance.
Going forward, the Company will maintain strict cost discipline, apply clear prioritization across all strategic
initiatives, and ensure that every investment delivers a well-defined return on investment,” Marina concluded.

Throughout the first quarter of 2026, the Company continued to strengthen responsible operations while creating
added value through various sustainability and innovation initiatives. The development of its digital service
ecosystem was reflected in the launch of the Marketplace Health Shop feature on the U by Prodia application,
designed to address a wide range of healthcare needs—from medicines, vitamins, and supplements to authenticated
medical products and devices. Laboratory test reports within U by Prodia are now also equipped with trend graphs,
enabling users to better understand and interpret their results. Meanwhile, Prodia for Doctor has been further
enhanced with features such as Doctor Ratings, exclusive promotions, as well as personalized access and application
utilization reports for clinicians—supporting patient care through live chat, medical records, and research reports. In
addition, the Company continues to expand its preventive healthcare programs, targeting the addition of 20,000
participants for free dementia screening throughout 2026. Prodia has also undertaken various initiatives to improve
access to healthcare services, including the World Cancer Day campaign “United by Unique” to raise awareness of
cancer risk screening. Furthermore, the Company has introduced advanced diagnostic services such as the Arbovirus
Panel (Multiplex PCR) to enable more accurate identification of febrile symptoms, as well as the Advanced Lipid
Profile test to provide a more comprehensive understanding of individual health conditions and cardiovascular risk.

As a testament to its commitment to continuously advancing digital innovation to deliver the best customer
experience in diagnostic services, Prodia has achieved a notable milestone by receiving the Indonesia Popular Digital
Products Award 2026 for the U by Prodia application. This recognition further strengthens the Company’s position in
delivering integrated, technology-based healthcare services that are customer-centric. This achievement is also
aligned with the Company’s ongoing efforts to enhance health literacy through various educational initiatives and
seminars involving healthcare practitioners as well as the broader community.
