Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah melakukan pembayaran pelunasan atas
pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap IV
Tahun 2021 Seri B sebesar Rp30.900.000.000 (tiga puluh
miliar sembilan ratus juta Rupiah) yang jatuh tempo pada
tanggal 4 Mei 2026.
Pelunasan Pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo
Tahap IV Tahun 2021 Seri B dilakukan dengan metode
transfer melalui rekening Perseroan pada Bank Nano Syariah
ke rekening PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia pada tanggal
29 April 2026, dimana salinan bukti atas pelunasan
pembayaran tersebut kami lampirkan bersamaan dengan surat
ini.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Bahwa, dengan telah dilunasinya seluruh pokok Sukuk Ijarah
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap IV Tahun 2021 Seri B,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, maka seluruh kewajiban Perseroan terkait Sukuk Ijarah
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap IV Tahun 2021 Seri B telah
Perusahaan Publik terpenuhi dan berakhir.

Pembayaran pelunasan pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap IV Tahun 2021 Seri B Perseroan
dilakukan bersamaan dengan pembayaran ke-20 cicilan imbalan ijarah Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap
IV Tahun 2021 Seri B sesuai dengan permohonan yang dicantumkan dalam Surat KSEI.

million Rupiah) which mature on May 4, 2026.
The Repayment of the Principal of Moratelindo Shelf
Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase IV Year 2021 Series B is
made by the transfer method through the Company's bank
account at Bank Nano Syariah to the account of PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek Indonesia on April 29, 2026 as attached a copy of
the proof of repayment with this letter.
