Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah mendirikan entitas anak baru, yaitu Sea
Voyage International Ltd (SVI), berkedudukan di Marshall
Islands, yang bergerak di bidang usaha pelayaran.
Kepemilikan Perseroan atas SVI adalah sebesar 100%, yang
mana setara dengan modal ditempatkan dan disetor SVI
senilai AS$500.000 (lima ratus ribu dolar Amerika Serikat).
Tujuan pembentukan entitas anak baru tersebut adalah untuk
mendukung kegiatan usaha Perseroan dalam bidang
pelayaran.

Facts Voyage International Ltd (SVI), domiciled in the Marshall
Islands, which engages in the shipping business.
The Company has 100% of ownership in SVI, which is
equivalent to SVI"s issued and paid-up capital of US$500,000
(five hundred thousand United States dollars).
The purpose of the new subsidiary establishment is to support
the Company's shipping business activities.
