Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah melakukan Peningkatan Modal Dasar dan
Modal ditempatkan/disetor ke beberapa Entitas Anak
Perseroan yakni PT CARSURIN Nickel Integrity (CNI) dan PT
CARSURIN Coal Trust (CCT) sebagaimana tercantum dalam
akta-akta sebagai berikut :
1. Berdasarkan akta Nomor 12 tanggal 14 Agustus 2026
atas PT CARSURIN Nickel Integrity, sebagaimana telah
mendapatkan persetujuan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan
Kementerian Hukum No. AHU-0063889.AH.01.02.Tahun 2026
dan pemberitahuan melalui Surat Pemberitahuan Kementerian
Hukum No. AHU-AH.01.03-0239408 tanggal 21
Agustus 2026.
2. Berdasarkan akta Nomor 13 tanggal 14 Agustus 2026
atas PT CARSURIN Coal Trust, sebagaimana telah
mendapatkan persetujuan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan
Kementerian Hukum No.AHU-0063879.AH.01.02. Tahun 2026
dan pemberitahuan melalui Surat Pemberitahuan Kementerian
Hukum No. AHU-AH.01.03-0239447 tanggal 21
Agustus 2026 dan
yang keseluruhan Akta tersebut dibuat di hadapan Notaris
Devia Buniarto, S.H., M.Kn.
Adapun rincian informasi terkait dengan Peningkatan Modal
Dasar dan Modal Ditempatkan/Disetor masing-masing untuk
CNI dan CCT adalah sebagai berikut :
a. Peningkatan Modal Dasar perseroan semula sebesar Rp1.
000.000.000,- (satu miliar rupiah) menjadi Rp 5.000.000.000,-
(lima miliar rupiah) yang terbagi atas 5.000 (lima ribu) lembar
saham;
b. Peningkatan Modal Disetor dan Ditempatkan perseroan
semula Rp500.000.000,- (lima ratus juta rupiah) menjadi Rp5.
000.000.000,- (lima miliar rupiah) yang terbagi atas 5.000 (lima
ribu) lembar saham;
Peningkatan Modal Dasar
Sebelum : Rp1.000.000.000,-
Sesudah : Rp 5.000.000.000,-
Peningkatan Modal disetor dan ditempatkan

c. Dari peningkatan Modal Ditempatkan tersebut, berikut
komposisi pemegang saham masing-masing untuk CNI dan
CCT :

Sheila Maria Tiwan : 50 lembar saham (1%)
Total : 5.000 lembar saham (100%)
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Peningkatan setoran modal yang dilakukan Perseroan kepada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan CNI dan CCT akan memberikan dampak yang positif bagi CNI
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dan CCT dalam melaksanakan kegiatan operasional
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau perusahaan serta menunjang kegiatan usaha Perseroan dan
Perusahaan Publik memperluas jaringan usaha sebagai bagian dari rencana
strategis pengembangan usaha Perseroan dalam bidang
sertifikasi layanan produk.

Description of Material Information or The Company has increased its authorized capital and
Facts issued/paid-up capital to several of its subsidiaries, such as PT
CARSURIN Nickel Integrity (CNI) and PT CARSURIN Coal
Trust (CCT) as declared in deed respectively as follow:
1. Deed Number 12 dated August 14, 2026, on PT
CARSURIN Nickel Integrity as ratified by Approval of the
Decree of the Minister of Law No. AHU-0063889.AH.01.02.
Tahun 2026 and Notification on changes Decree of the
Ministry of Law No. AHU-AH.01.03-0239408 dated August 21,
2026
2. Deed Number 13 dated August 14, 2026, on PT
CARSURIN Coal Trust as ratified by Approval of the Decree of
the Minister of Law No. AHU-0063879.AH.01.02. Tahun 2026
and Notification on changes Decree of the Ministry of Law No.
AHU-AH.01.03-0239447 dated August 21, 2026 and
the entire deed was drawn up before Notary Devia Buniarto, S.
H., M.Kn.
The details of the information related to the increase in
Authorized Capital and Issued/Paid-up Capital respectively for
CNI and CCT are as follows:
a. Increase the Authorized Capital of the company from IDR
1,000,000,000,- (one billion rupiah) to IDR 5,000,000,000,-
(five billion rupiah) which is divided into 5,000 (five thousands)
shares;
b. Increase Paid-up and Issued Capital of the company from
IDR500,000,000,- (five hundreds million rupiah) to IDR5,
000,000,000,- (five billion rupiah) which is divided into 5,000
(five thousands) shares;
