Tanggapan Perseroan:

Sebagai informasi, Peraturan Menteri
Keuangan Republik Indonesia No. 80 Tahun
2025 tentang Penetapan Barang Ekspor
Berupa Emas Yang Dikenakan Bea Keluar
dan Tarif Bea Keluar mengatur mengenai
tarif bea keluar baru yang berlaku bagi
barang ekspor berupa emas, salah satunya
dalam bentuk minted bars (menjadi sekitar
7,5-10”c). Pemberlakuan tarif tersebut
berpotensi pada penurunan profitabilitas
Perseroan atas ekspor emas berupa minted
bars.

Kedepannya, Perseroan juga akan
mengutamakan penjualan emas tersebut di
pasar domestik untuk mengurangi dampak
bea ekspor baru tersebut.

Perseroan menyampaikan dalam materi

public expose bahwa ekspansi pabrik

konsentrator diperkirakan akan selesai pada

43 2026. Komisioning akan dimulai dengan

pemasukan bijih pertama ke dalam pabrik

konsentrator pada Juli 2026. Agar dapat
dijelaskan:

a. Tingkat utilitas pabrik konsentrator yang
ada, mengingat adanya ekspansi pabrik
konsentrator.

Tanggapan Perseroan:

Sebagai informasi, pabrik konsentrator
yang ada saat ini telah beroperasi lebih
dari 20 (dua puluh) tahun dan telah
mencapai tingkat reliabilitas yang sangat
memadai. Hal ini terlihat dari tingkat plant
availability di atas 944 selama beberapa
tahun terakhir.

Dengan adanya ekspansi pabrik
konsentrator, produksi konsentrat kami

regulations, the government imposes a
new export duty on refined gold which
ranges from 107 to 1576, depending on the
form of product and the prevailing gold
price, in order to explain in detail the
impact of the regulation, especially related
to the Company's operations and
finances.

Company's Response:

For information, the Regulation of the
Minister of Finance of the Republic of
Indonesia No. 80 of 2025 concerning the
Determination of Export Goods in the Form
of Gold That Are Subject to Export Duties
and Export Duty Rates regulates the new
export duty rates that apply to export
goods in the form of gold, one of which is
in the form of minted bars (to around 7.5-
1026). The imposition of the tariff has the
potential to reduce the Company's
profitability on gold exports in the form of
minted bars.

In the future, the Company will also
prioritize the sale of the gold in the
domestic market to reduce the impact of
the new export duties.

The Company conveyed in its public
expose material that the expansion of the
processing plant is expected to be
completed in @3 2026. Commissioning will
begin with the first ore entry into the
processing plant in July 2026. Please
explain:

a. The utility level of the existing
processing plant, given the expansion
of the processing plant.

Company's Response:

For information, the existing
processing plant has been operating
for more than 20 (twenty) years and
has reached a very adeguate level of
reliability. This can be seen from the
plant availability rate of above 9446
over the past few years.

With the expansion of the processing
plant, our concentrate production is

diharapkan dapat mencapai target sesuai
kapasitas serap smelter, yaitu 900.000
metrik ton kering konsentrat per tahun.
Sebagaimana diungkapkan dalam materi
public expose, total target produksi
tahun 2026 adalah sebesar 900.000
metrik ton kering konsentrat, dengan
asumsi sebesar 500.000 metrik ton
kering konsentrat berasal dari pabrik
konsentrator yang ada dan 400.000
metrik ton kering konsentrat berasal dari
pabrik konsentrator yang baru yang
bergantung pada kemajuan proses
komisioning.

Tantangan atau halangan yang terjadi
dalam hal proses komisioning yang
dimulai pada Juli 2026 (jika ada).
Tanggapan Perseroan:

Sebagai informasi, proses komisioning
ekspansi pabrik konsentrator
bergantung pada selesai nya pengiriman
dan instalasi seluruh modul-modul
penting seperti kelistrikan, katup (valve),
pipa, overland conveyor, dan sistem
masukan air (water intake). Tugas-tugas
tersebut memerlukan koordinasi yang
tepat demi kelancaran proses
komisioning yang sesuai dengan jadwal
yang telah ditetapkan.

Ekspektasi — ekonomi yang — akan
didapatkan oleh Perseroan jika pabrik
konsentrator telah berjalan sepenuhnya
secara komersil.

Dengan adanya ekspansi pabrik
konsentrator, produksi konsentrat kami
diharapkan dapat mencapai target
sesuai kapasitas serap smelter, yaitu

process of the processing plant
expansion depends on the completion
of the delivery and installation of all
important modules such as electricity,
valves, pipes, overland conveyors,
and water intake systems. These tasks
reguire proper coordination for the
smooth commissioning process in
accordance with the determined
schedule.

The economic expectations that will be
obtained by the Company if the
processing plant has been fully
commercially operational.

With the expansion of the processing
