PT Transcoal Pacific Tbk (Perseroan) telah menandatangani
Perjanjian Penyediaan Jasa Tongkang Terapung untuk
Penyimpanan Sementara Bahan Bakar Minyak di Pelabuhan
LTT Bengalon (Kontrak) dengan salah satu perusahaan
tambang batubara terbesar di Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia
(Pelanggan).
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material
Jenis dan Nilai Transaksi
a. Penyediaan semua tenaga kerja, material, peralatan,
perlengkapan dan dukungan teknis atas jasa
penyediaan tongkang terapung untuk penyimpanan
sementara bahan bakar minyak di Pelabuhan LTT
Bengalon.
b. Periode kontrak: 3 (tiga) tahun.
c. Estimasi nilai kontrak: Rp. 15 miliar.
Penjelasan ada tidaknya hubungan afiliasi dengan Pelanggan
Perseroan tidak mempunyai hubungan afiliasi dengan
Pelanggan.

Hukum
Perseroan berkewajiban untuk menyediakan tongkang
terapung untuk penyimpanan sementara bahan bakar minyak
di lokasi Bengalon/Terminal khusus Lubuk Tutung termasuk
peralatan, tenaga kerja, suku cadang dan consumables sesuai
dengan ketentuan yang diatur dalam Kontrak.
Kondisi Keuangan
Perseroan berhak untuk menerima pembayaran biaya jasa
penyediaan tongkang terapung untuk penyimpanan sementara
bahan bakar minyak sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diatur
dalam Kontrak.
Kelangsungan Usaha
Kelangsungan usaha tetap terjaga dan terjamin dengan baik.

Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material ini dibuat untuk
memenuhi ketentuan yang terdapat pada Peraturan Otoritas
Jasa keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan

Facts PT Transcoal Pacific Tbk (the Company) has signed an
Agreement on Provision of Floating Barge for Temporary Fuel
Storage Services at LTT Port Bengalon (the Contract) with
one of largest coal mining companies in East Kalimantan,
Indonesia (the Customer)
Information Description or Material Fact
Type and Value of the Contract
a. Providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and
technical support for pprovision of floating barge for
temporary fuel storage services at LTT Port Bengalon.
b. Contract period: 3 (three) years.
c. Estimated contract value: Rp. 15 billion.
Explanation of whether or not there is an affiliate relationship
with the Customer
The Company has no affiliate relationship with Customer.

Law
The Company is obliged to provide a floating barge for
temporary storage of fuel oil at the Bengalon/Lubuk Tutung
special terminal location including equipment, labor, spare
parts and consumables in accordance with the provisions
stipulated in the Contract.
Financial Condition
The Company has the right to receive payment for the service
fees for providing floating barges for temporary storage of fuel
oil in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Contract.
Business Continuity
Business continuity is maintained and well guaranteed.
Others remarks
This report on Information or Material Fact is made to comply
with the existing conditions in the Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 31 / POJK.04 / 2015 regarding Disclosure
of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies.
