ANNOUNCEMENT
TO SHAREHOLDERS OF
PT STEEL PIPE INDUSTRY OF INDONESIA Tbk. (“Company”)
We are here to announce to our Company’s Shareholders that the Company will hold the
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) next is called (“Meeting”) on 8 June
2026.
In accordance to article 21 paragraph (4) of Company’s Articles of Association and looking
into Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Regulation Number 15/POJK.04/2020 (“POJK 15/2020”), the
obligation to Call the Meeting will be announced at least on e-RUPS provider website
(eASY.KSEI), the Indonesia Stock Exchange Website, and the Company’s website on 13
May 2026.
Those entitled to join the Meeting are shareholders whose names are listed in the
Company’s Shareholder List on 12 May 2026 until 16.00 WIB.
The shareholders’ agenda proposals will be included in the Meeting if they meet the
requirements of article 21 paragraph (7) of Company’s Articles of Association and
considering article 16 paragraph 1 POJK 15/2020 and the proposals are received by the
Board of Directors no later than 7 (seven days) before the Meeting Call.
