Sehubungan dengan perkara permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang dengan Nomor Perkara:
3/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst dan tanggal pendaftaran 02 Januari 2024 (Perkara PKPU) dengan PT Tjahaya
Inti Gemilang sebagai Pemohon dan PT Indofarma Tbk sebagai Termohon, bersama ini kami sampaikan hal-hal
sebagai berikut:
1. Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat Kelas IA Khusus telah membacakan putusan
pada persidangan tanggal 29 Februari 2024.
2. Status Putusan atas Perkara PKPU dimaksud adalah Ditolak dengan Amar Putusan:
Mengadili:
1. Menolak permohonan penundaan kewajiban pembayaran utang (PKPU) dari Pemohon PKPU tersebut;
2. Menghukum Pemohon untuk membayar biaya perkara sejumlah Rp2.930.000,- (dua juta sembilan ratus tiga puluh
ribu rupiah). (dengan tangkap layar yang dapat diakses sejak tanggal 04 Maret 2024 sebagaimana terlampir)
3. Adapun salinan putusan pengadilan atas Perkara PKPU dimaksud sampai dengan saat ini belum kami terima.

In connection with the case regarding the application for Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations with Case Number:
3/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst and registration date 02 January 2024 (PKPU Case) with PT Tjahaya Inti
Gemilang as the Petitioner and PT Indofarma Tbk As Respondent, we hereby convey the following matters:
1. The Panel of Commercial Court Judges at the Special Class IA Central Jakarta District Court has read out the
decision at the hearing on February 29 2024.
2. The status of the decision on the PKPU case in question is Rejected with a Verdict:
Judge:
1. Reject the request for postponement of debt payment obligations (PKPU) from the PKPU Applicant;
2. Sentence the Petitioner to pay court costs amounting to IDR 2,930,000 (two million nine hundred and thirty thousand
rupiah). (with screenshots that can be accessed from March 4, 2024 as attached)
3. We have not yet received a copy of the court decision regarding the PKPU Case until now.
