diangkat menjadi Komisaris BNI.

2. Berdasarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan No. 17 Tahun 2023 tentang
Penerapan Tata Kelola Bagi Bank Umum
Pasal 46 ayat (1) huruf a, diatur bahwa
Anggota Dewan Komisaris — dilarang
merangkap jabatan sebagai anggota direksi,
anggota dewan komisaris, anggota dewan
pengawas syariah, atau pejabat eksekutif
pada lembaga keuangan atau perusahaan
keuangan baik bank maupun bukan bank.

3. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri BUMN No.
PER-3/MBU/03/2023 Pasal 73 ayat (3) diatur
bahwa masa jabatan anggota Dewan
Komisaris atau Dewan Pengawas BUMN yang
memangku jabatan rangkap pada BUMN,
berakhir karena hukum sejak anggota Dewan
Komisaris/Dewan Pengawas BUMN
bersangkutan lainnya atau anggota Direksi
atau RUPS/Menteri mengetahui perangkapan
jabatan dimaksud.

4. Menunjuk hasil RUPS Tahunan Tahun 2024
PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk,
POJK No. 17 Tahun 2023 pasal 46 ayat (1)
huruf a, dan Permen BUMN No. PER-
3/MBU/03/2023 Pasal 73 ayat (3)
sebagaimana butir (1), (2), dan (3) tersebut
diatas, maka jabatan yang bersangkutan pada
Perseroan berakhir efektif terhitung sejak
tanggal 4 Maret 2024./

1. Mr. Mohamad Yusuf Permana (member of the
Companys Board of Commissioners)
submitted a Notification Letter of Appointment
as Member of the Board of Commissioners of
PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk
("BNI") on March 4th 2024 which we received
on March 4'h 2024, that based on the results of
BNI's 2024 Annual GMS on March 04 March
2024, Mr Mohamad Yusuf Permana was
appointed as a Commissioner of BNI.

2. Based on OJK Regulation no. 17 of 2023 on

concurrent positions as members of the board
of directors, members of the board of
commissioners, members of the sharia
supervisory board, or executive officers in
financial institutions or financial companies,
whether bank or non-bank.

3. Based on the BUMN Ministry Regulation No.
PER-3/MBU/03/2023 Article 73 paragraph (3)
Stipulates that the term of office of a member
of the Board of Commissioners or Supervisory
Board of a BUMN who holds concurrent
positions in a BUMN, ends by law from the
date of another member of the Board of
Commissioners/Supervisory Board of the
BUMN know or a member of the Board of
Directors or The GMS/Minister know the
concurent position.

4. Refer to the results of the 2024 Annual GMS
of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk,
OJK Regulation No. 17 of 2023 article 46
paragraph (1) letter a, and BUMN Ministry
Regulation No. PER-3/MBU/03/2023 Article
73 paragraph (3) as in points (1), (2) and (3)
above, the relevant position in the Company
ends effective on March 4in 2024.

approval of the termination tenure of Mr
Mohamad Yusuf Permana from his position as a
member of the Companys Board of
Commissioners will be conducted at the GMS
