Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES) terus menunjukkan
penguatan fundamental bisnisnya. Kinerja kuartal I 2026
mencerminkan perkembangan yang baik, terutama dari sisi
penjualan dan laba bersih.
Perseroan mencatat pendapatan sekitar Rp334 miliar, naik
6,3% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu sebesar
Rp314 miliar. Kenaikan ini didorong oleh meningkatnya
volume penjualan seiring bertambahnya kapasitas produksi.
Selain itu, kondisi pasar yang lebih kondusif, didukung oleh
kebijakan pemerintah yang semakin jelas dan stabil, turut
mendorong peningkatan harga jual produk. Hal ini membuat
pertumbuhan pendapatan menjadi lebih solid dan
berkelanjutan.
Dari sisi laba, peningkatannya jauh lebih signifikan. Laba
bersih tercatat sebesar Rp46,9 miliar, melonjak tajam
dibandingkan Rp1,1 miliar pada kuartal I 2025. Peningkatan ini
tidak hanya didorong oleh pertumbuhan penjualan, tetapi juga
oleh efisiensi penggunaan bahan baku yang berhasil menekan
biaya pokok penjualan (HPP). Efisiensi tersebut merupakan
hasil dari inisiatif research and development (R&D) yang
dilakukan Perseroan pada kuartal III dan IV tahun 2025, yang
mulai memberikan dampak positif terhadap margin
keuntungan di awal 2026.
Dari sisi neraca, total aset Perseroan tercatat sebesar
Rp2,005 triliun pada kuartal I 2026, menurun sekitar 1,64%
dibandingkan posisi Desember 2025 sebesar Rp2,038 triliun.
Penurunan ini terutama disebabkan oleh adanya penyusutan
aset, serta penambahan aset baru yang relatif terbatas pada
periode tersebut.
Manajemen menyebut kuartal I 2026 sebagai awal fase
pertumbuhan yang lebih cepat. Dengan kapasitas produksi
yang telah mencapai sekitar 5,6 juta m3 per tahun, serta mulai
beroperasinya pabrik ke-5 di Banjarnegara yang meningkatkan
efisiensi dan output produksi, Perseroan optimistis kinerja
akan terus membaik sepanjang 2026.
Ke depan, potensi pertumbuhan BLES dinilai semakin
menarik, seiring dengan permintaan pasar bahan bangunan
yang tetap kuat, dukungan ekspansi kapasitas, serta efisiensi
operasional yang terus ditingkatkan. Kombinasi faktor ini
memberikan ruang bagi Perseroan untuk menjaga
pertumbuhan pendapatan dan laba secara berkelanjutan.

Description of Material Information or PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES), a publicly listed
Facts company, continues to demonstrate strengthening business
fundamentals. Its first-quarter 2026 performance reflects
positive developments, particularly in terms of sales and net
profit.
The company recorded revenue of approximately IDR 334
billion, a 6.3% increase compared to IDR 314 billion in the
same period last year. This increase was driven by increased
sales volume in line with increased production capacity.
Furthermore, more conducive market conditions, supported by
clearer and more stable government policies, have also driven
higher product selling prices. This has resulted in more solid
and sustainable revenue growth.
In terms of profit, the increase was much more significant. Net
profit was recorded at IDR 46.9 billion, a sharp increase
compared to IDR 1.1 billion in the first quarter of 2025. This
increase was driven not only by sales growth but also by the
efficiency of raw material usage, which successfully reduced
the cost of goods sold (COGS). This efficiency was the result
of the Company's research and development (R&D) initiatives
in the third and fourth quarters of 2025, which began to have a
positive impact on profit margins in early 2026.
From the balance sheet, the Company's total assets were
recorded at IDR 2.005 trillion in the first quarter of 2026, a
decrease of approximately 1.64% compared to IDR 2.038
trillion in December 2025. This decrease was primarily due to
asset depreciation and the relatively limited addition of new
assets during that period.
Management described the first quarter of 2026 as the
beginning of a more rapid growth phase. With a production
capacity of approximately 5.6 million m3 per year, and the
commencement of operations of its fifth plant in Banjarnegara,
which has increased efficiency and production output, the
Company is optimistic that its performance will continue to
improve throughout 2026.
Going forward, BLES's growth potential is considered
increasingly attractive, driven by continued strong demand for
building materials, support for capacity expansion, and
continued improvement in operational efficiency. This
combination of factors provides the Company with the potential
to maintain sustainable revenue and profit growth.
