pencatatan ke HKEX.

PemegangSaham Independen Perseroan pada tanggal 15 September2025. Perseroan akan melakukan keterbukaan
informasi lebihlanjut mengenai rencana pelaksanaan penambahan modaltersebut sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan
Otoritas JasaKeuangan No. 14/POJK.04/2019 tentang Perubahan atas POJKNo. 32/POJK.04/2015 tentang
Penambahan Modal PerusahaanTerbuka Dengan Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek TerlebihDahulu.

Type of Material Information or Facts the Company to do Secondary Listing on the Hong Kong
Exchanges and Clearing Limited
Description of Material Information or The Company plans to conduct a secondary listing on the
Facts Hong Kong stock exchange (The Stock Exchange Hong Kong
Limited or HKEX). In relation to the proposed listing, the
Company has filed a listing application to HKEX.
Impact of event, material information or The Company ensures that the listing application process will
facts towards Issuers or Public not have any adverse impact on the operational activities,
Company’s operational activities, legal, legal, financial condition, or business continuity of the
financial condition, or going concern Company.
Other Information
The Company plans to issue new shares for the purpose ofsecondary listing on the HKEX, which will be carried out
as theimplementation of the Capital Increase without Pre-EmptiveRights approved at the Company s Independent
General Meetingof Shareholders on 15 September 2025. The Company will makefurther information disclosure
regarding the proposedimplementation of such capital increase in accordance with theprovisions of Financial
Services Authority Regulation No.14/POJK.04/2019 on Amendments to POJK No. 32/POJK.04/2015 on Capital
Increases of Public Companies byProviding Pre-Emptive Rights.
