Pada tanggal 27 April 2026, Perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran diri Bapak Agus Arismunandar dari jabatannya sebagai Direktur Perseroan. Keterbukaan Informasi ini dilakukan merujuk pada ketentuan Pasal 9 Peraturan OJK No. 33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik. Pelaksanaan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham terkait dengan pengunduran diri tersebut akan dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. On 27 April 2026, the Company received resignation letterfrom Mr. Agus Arismunandar from his position as Director of the Company. This disclosure is conveyed pursuant to Article 9 of OJK Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 regarding Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuer or Public Company. The General Meeting of Shareholders to resolve such resignation will be conducted in accordance with the prevailing regulations. 1 Tidak ada dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
