adanya negosiasi antara PT Triple Berkah
Bersama (“TBB”) dan Pemegang Saham
Pengendali (“PSP”) sehubungan dengan rencana
pembelian seluruh saham milik PSP di Perseroan.
Dalam negosiasi tersebut, dijelaskan bahwa
pembelian seluruh saham milik PSP di Perseroan
akan dilakukan oleh TBB bersama-sama dengan
PT Sirkah Akselerasi Jaya (“SAJ”).

between PT Triple Berkah Bersama (“TBB”) and
the Controlling Shareholders (“CS”) in connection
with the plan to purchase the entire shares owned
by CS in the Company. In the negotiation, it is
outlined that purchases of all shares owned by CS
in the Company will be exercised by TBB, in
