dated December 16, 2015, regarding the Disclosure of
Information on Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies.

2. Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) of Bank
Bengkulu on July 27, 2022, which approved Bank Bengkulu's
plan to become a member of the Company's Banking Business
Group.

3. Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) of Bank
Bengkulu on October 16, 2023, which granted approval to
prioritize bank bjb in acguiring the entire portion of the new
shares issued by Bank Bengkulu.

4. Cooperation Agreement for Capital Injection Phase II for the
Formation of the Bank Business Group, numbered 087/PKS/DIR-
TIMSBPD/2023 and 18/PKS/TIMSINERGIBISNIS /2023 dated
June 15, 2023.

5. Letter from The Financial Services Authority Number:
S-57/KR.02/2023 dated September 04, 2023, regarding the
Approval of Capital Injection Phase II by PT Bank Pembangunan
Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. to PT Bank Pembangunan
Daerah Bengkulu.

On July 29, 2022, the Company, and Bank Bengkulu, signed a Capital
Injection Cooperation Agreement in the framework of establishing
the Business Group Bank, wherein the Company will make capital
injections gradually up to IDR 250,000,000,000 (two hundred and
fifty billion Indonesian Rupiah). On the same day, the Company has
executed the placement of funds for the First Phase of Capital
Injection (Phase I) to Bank Bengkulu in the amount of IDR
100,000,000,000 (one hundred billion Indonesian Rupiah).

On October 28, 2022, the Company obtained approval from the
Financial Services Authority (OJK), Regional Office II West Java, for
the First Phase of Capital Injection based on the Financial Services

Authority Letter No. S-49/KR.02/2022 concerning the Approval of
Capital Injection by PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan
Banten, Tbk. to PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu.

On November 29, 2022, in accordance with the Articles of
Association Amendment Deed of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah
Bengkulu Number 101 and the Letter from the Ministry of Law and
Human Rights No. AHU-AH.01.03-0318833 regarding the
Acknowledgment of Amendments to the Articles of Association of
PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu, Bank Bengkulu has
effectively implemented Company's First Phase of Capital Injection
in the amount of IDR 99,969,400,000 (ninety-nine billion nine
hundred sixty-nine million four hundred thousand Indonesian
Rupiah) or eguivalent to ownership percentage of 7.596.

On June 15, 2023, the Company entered into Cooperation
Agreement for the Second Phase of Capital Injection in the
establishment of the Business Group Bank. Under this agreement,
the Company will make a second-phase capital injection, with a
maximum amount of IDR 150,000,000,000 (one hundred and fifty
billion Indonesian Rupiah). Subseguently, on June 23, 2023, the
Company executed the placement of funds for the second-phase
capital injection with Bank Bengkulu, amounting to
IDR 149,960,000,000 (one hundred forty-nine billion nine hundred
| sixty million Indonesian Rupiah).

On September 4, 2023, the Company obtained approval from the
Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regional Office Il West Java for
the Second Phase of Capital Injection, based on Financial Services
Authority Letter No. S-57/KR.02/2023 regarding the Approval of the
Second Phase of Capital Injection by PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah
Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. to PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah
Bengkulu.

On February 21, 2024, the Company obtained approval from the
Commissioner Board of OJK for the acguisition of Bank Bengkulu
shares through Decision Letter of the Financial Services Authority
Commissioner Board Member No. KEP-24/D.03/2024 concerning
the Approval of the Purchase of 8.4596 of PT. Bank Pembangunan
Daerah Bengkulu shares by PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa
Barat dan Banten, Tbk.

On March 01, 2024, based on the Articles of Association
Amendment Deed of the PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu
No. O1 dated March 01, 2024, and the Letter from the Ministry of
Law and Human Rights No. AHU-AH.01.03-0051707 regarding the
Acknowledgment of Amendments to the Articles of Association of

PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu, Bank Bengkulu has
effectively implemented Company's Second Phase of Capital
Injection, amounting to IDR 149,960,000,000 (one hundred forty-
nine billion nine hundred sixty million Indonesian Rupiah), thereby
increasing the Company's ownership percentage in Bank Bengkulu
to 15.579. The ownership structure of Bank Bengkulu before and

On February 21, 2024, the Company obtained approval from the
Financial Services Authority (OJK) to become one of the Controlling
Shareholders of Bank Bengkulu through the Decision of the
Financial Services Authority Commissioner Board Member No. Kep-

21/D.03/2024 regarding the Results of the Assessment of the
Capability and Suitability of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa
Barat Dan Banten, Tbk. as the Prospective Controlling Shareholder
and the Regional Government of West Java as the Prospective
Ultimate Shareholder of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu.

As the next step, the Company will submit the changes in the
Banking Business Group structure to the Financial Services
Authority (OJK) as a confirmation of the Banking Business Group
structure owned by bank bjb.

1. The Company's Phase II Capital Injection in Bank Bengkulu will
have a positive impact on the Company's performance through
dividend receipts and an increase in fee-based income by
business synergies, particularly in the management of the
owned regional ecosystem.

. The financial statements of Bank Bengkulu will be consolidated
in the Company's financial statements as of March 31, 2024.
