pengunduran diri dari salah seorang Direksi Perseroan, dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
Tanggal 29 Februari 2024, kami menerima surat pengunduran diri dari Bapak Kim Kwang Shin selaku
Direktur Perseroan dikarenakan alasan pribadi.
Demikian kami sampaikan informasi ini dan sebagai tindak lanjutnya maka kami bermaksud untuk
segera menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (“RUPSLB”) sesuai dengan
peraturan perundang — undangan yang berlaku.
