sesuai laporan konsolidasian tanggal 31 Desember 2023 dan
untuk tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal tersebut beserta
laporan auditor independen, yang telah disampaikan pada
surat No. 0008/POWR/02/2024 tanggal 29 Februari 2024.
Penyampaian pelaporan ini Perseroan sampaikan melalui
Form Keterbukaan Informasi (E019) sehubungan dengan
kendala teknis ketika penyampaian melalui sistem XBRL
sehingga laporan konsolidasian tanggal 31 Desember 2023
dan untuk tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal tersebut beserta
laporan auditor independen juga disampaikan melalui Form
E019 pada tanggal penyampaian.

Submission of information on the fulfilment of annual public

Description of Material Information or By reference to the Decision of the Chairman of the
Facts Indonesian Stock Exchange No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022
dated September 30, 2022 on Amendment of Regulation No. I-
E on Obligation to Information Disclosure and the Decision of
the Chairman of the Capital Market, we hereby submit the
public expose material in accordance with the consolidated
financial statements as of December 31, 2023 and for the year
then ended with independent auditor's report, which has been
submitted in letter No. 0008/POWR/04/02/2024 dated
February 29, 2024.
The Company submit this report through the Information
Disclosure Form (E019) due to technical issues when
submitting via the XBRL system, so that the consolidated
financial statements as of December 31, 2023 and for the year
then ended with independent auditor's report also being
submitted through Form E019 on the submission date.
