Uraian Informasi atau | 1. Hingga batas akhir partisipasi (expiration deadline) Fakta Material pada tanggal 22 April 2026 pukul 16.00 waktu London, jumlah pokok AT1 Eksisting yang diajukan oleh Investor untuk dibeli kembali oleh Perseroan adalah sebesar U.S.$568.165.000 (lima ratus enam puluh delapan juta seratus enam puluh lima ribu dolar Amerika Serikat). 2. Pada tanggal 23 April 2026, Perseroan telah menetapkan Final Acceptance Amount sebesar U.S.$568.165.000 (lima ratus enam puluh delapan juta seratus enam puluh lima ribu dolar Amerika Serikat), sehingga seluruh instrumen yang ditawarkan secara valid diterima untuk dibeli kembali secara penuh (tanpa prorata). 3. Harga pembelian kembali (purchase price) ditetapkan sebesar 99,746 (sembilan puluh sembilan koma tujuh persen) dari nilai pokok. Disamping itu, Perseroan juga akan melakukan pembayaran distribusi yang telah dicatatkan (accrued distribution) sampai dengan tanggal penetapan Final Acceptance Amount sebagaimana dimaksud pada butir 2 di atas.
