sebagai Lembaga Penilaian Kesesuaian Sertifikasi Rountable
on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) oleh Assurance Services
International (ASI) sebagai kelanjutan hasil audit ASI atas
prosedur sertifikasi.
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material MUTU sebagai perusahaan Jasa Testing Inspection and
Certification (TIC) memiliki lisensi sebagai Lembaga Sertifikasi
yang diakui oleh Lembaga Akreditasi International, salah
satunya ASI (Assurance Services International), melalui skema
RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) untuk
persyaratan pasar kelapa sawit.
Penunjukan MUTU sebagai Conformity Asessment Body
(CAB) RSPO berdasarkan Certificate of Accreditation Code
ASI-ACC-055 yang dikeluarkan oleh ASI sejak 12 Maret 2014
sampai 12 Maret 2024.
Pada tanggal 5 Februari 2024, MUTU menyampaikan
permohonan pengunduran sukarela sebagai Lembaga
Penilaian Kesesuaian RSPO kepada ASI. Kemudian hasil
korespodensi dan diskusi dengan ASI melalui email, MUTU
menyepakati persyaratan yang ditetapkan untuk pengunduran
sukarela melalui email pada tanggal 16 Februari 2024, dan
disetujui oleh ASI pada tanggal 26 Februari 2024.
Langkah permohonan pengunduran sukarela yang diambil
oleh MUTU dengan pertimbangan menghindari potensi risiko
pelayanan yang kurang prima kepada pelanggan akibat
meningkatnya permintaan sertifikasi RSPO, disisi lain
ketersediaan jumlah Lead Auditor/Auditor profesional yang
teregistrasi RSPO tidak cukup untuk memenuhi persyaratan
dan layanan kegiatan sertifikasi RSPO tersebut.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kelangsungan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, usaha
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Pengunduran sukarela MUTU sebagai Lembaga Penilaian
Perusahaan Publik Kesesuaian RSPO dapat berpengaruh terhadap potensi
kehilangan pendapatan tahun 2024 dari skema sertifikasi
RSPO yakni sekitar 2,87% (dua koma delapan puluh tujuh
persen) dari rencana budget pendapatan konsolidasian tahun
2024.
Sesuai standar dan prosedur yang ditetapkan oleh ASI, MUTU
dapat menyampaikan pengajuan kembali dan menjadi
Lembaga Penilaian Kesesuaian RSPO kepada ASI dengan
jangka waktu proses minimum 24 (dua puluh empat) bulan
atau 2 (dua) tahun setelah keputusan pengunduran sukarela
tersebut.
Dalam upaya mencapai keberlanjutan usaha dan budget
pendapatan Perusahaan, MUTU terus menjalin kerjasama dan
sinergisitas dengan sektor Pemerintah dan/atau Perusahaan
Nasional maupun Internasional. Upaya ini diprediksi dapat
mengganti kehilangan pendapatan dari jasa sertifikasi skema
RSPO.
- Terhadap potensi masalah hukum
Setelah efektif pengunduran sukarela, MUTU wajib
mentransfer seluruh sertifikasi RSPO yang telah diterbitkan
kepada Lembaga Penilaian Kesesuaian lainnya dan diketahui
oleh ASI. MUTU telah melakukan telaah atas konsekuensi
hukum dan upaya mitigasi risiko untuk memastikan pengalihan
tersebut berjalan baik tanpa mempengaruhi kelangsungan
usaha MUTU maupun pemegang sertifikat RSPO.

the certification procedures
Description of Material Information or MUTU as a Testing Inspection and Certification (TIC) Services
Facts company has a license as a Certification Body recognized by
International Accreditation Body, one of which is ASI
(Assurance Services International) through the RSPO
(Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) scheme for the palm oil
market requirements.
MUTU's appointment as the RSPO Conformity Assessment
Body (CAB) is based on the Certificate of Accreditation code
ASI-ACC-055 issued by ASI since March 12, 2014 to March
24, 2024.
On 5 February 2024, MUTU submitted a request for voluntary
withdrawal as an RSPO Conformity Assessment Body to ASI.
Then the result of correspondence and discussion with ASI via
email, MUTU agreed on the conditions set for voluntary
withdrawal via email on February 16, 2024, and ASI approved
the request on February 26, 2024.
The step of requesting voluntary resignation was taken by
MUTU with the consideration of avoiding any potential risk of
lack of prime services to customers due to the increasing
demand for RSPO certification, on the other hand, the
availability of the number of RSPO-registered Professional
Lead Auditors/Auditors are not sufficient to meet the RSPO
certification activity services and requirement.

Impact of event, material information or To operational activities, financial condition, and sustainability
facts towards Issuers or Public business MUTU Voluntary withdrawal as the RSPO Conformity
Company’s operational activities, legal, Assessment Body could affect the potential loss of income in
financial condition, or going concern 2024 from the RSPO certification scheme, which is around
2.87% (two point eighty seven percent) of the 2024
consolidated revenue budget plan.
In accordance with the standard and procedures set out by
ASI, MUTU can re-submit to ASI and become the RSPO
Conformity Assessment Body with a minimum processing
period of 24 (twenty four) months or 2 (two) years after this
voluntary withdrawal.
In an effort to achieve business sustainability and the
Companys revenue budget, MUTU continues to collaborate
and synergize with the Government sector and/or National and
International Companies. This effort is predicted to be able to
replace lost income from RSPO scheme certification services.
To any potential legal issues
After the effective of the voluntary withdrawal, MUTU must
transfer all of the issued RSPO certification to other Conformity
Assessment Body and acknowledged by ASI. MUTU has
evaluated any legal consequences and all risk mitigation to
ensure that all RSPO certification would be transfer in a good
manner without any material adverse to MUTU and the
certificate holders.
