Dear Octo,
This letter is to confirm the Voluntary Withdrawal of PT Mutuagung Lestari Tbk’s
Approval for RSPO Scheme, for RSPO P&C in Indonesia and Malaysia, as requested
by you on 16th of February 2024 via Email. The effective date of this decision is 23rd of
February 2024. In accordance with Section 21 of the Approval Procedure (ASI-PRO-20-
258), following the Withdrawal of the RSPO Approval, PT Mutuagung Lestari Tbk shall
meet the following conditions:


        ●     Immediately cease all ASI Approved Certification Activities (exception: the four
              RSPO P&C initial certification processes where the audit processes had been
              completed but the license not yet issued; ref. call between ASI, Mutu and RSPO
              from 22 February 2024).
        ●     Provide to ASI within 5 calendar days of receiving this notification a list of all
              clients affected, including contact information for each client.
        ●     Inform within 15 calendar days of receiving this notification all subcontractors,
              affiliates, partners and clients in writing of the Withdrawal of Approval and its
              related implications (e.g. requirement for client to return certificate, process of
              transfer to other CABs, etc.).
        ●     Provide evidence to ASI of having contacted all of the above within 5 calendar
              days of the contact .
        ●     Cease making reference to its Approved status and discontinue to use the ASI
              Logo and Symbol.
        ●     Return the Approval Certificate to ASI, if a printed copy was obtained.
