In relation to the implementation of the mandatory tender offer for the shares of PT Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera Tbk (the “Target Company”) by PT Olive Power Invest (the “New Controlling Shareholder”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Mandatory Tender Offer”), andin order to comply with the provisions of Article 16 of Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) Regulation No. Y/POJK.04/2018 concerning the Takeover of Public Companies, we hereby inform that the Mandatory Tender Offer period ended on April 11"2026 and the New Controlling Shareholder completed the Mandatory Tender Offer transaction on April 22”4 2026.
