Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material       Pada tanggal 23 April 2026, Perseroan (sebagai penjual) serta
                                           Steffen dan Hevy Yafanny (sebagai pembeli) telah
                                           menandatangani Akta Jual Beli Saham dan Pengambilalihan
                                           No.13 tanggal 23 April 2026 dan Akta Jual Beli Saham dan
                                           Pengambilalihan No.14 tanggal 23 April 2026 yang keduanya
                                           dibuat di hadapan Notaris Rini Yulianti, S.H., Notaris di Jakarta
                                           Timur sehubungan dengan pengalihan sejumlah 19.999
                                           (sembilan belas ribu sembilan ratus sembilan puluh sembilan)
                                           saham yang mewakili 99,995% (sembilan puluh sembilan
                                           koma sembilan sembilan lima persen) kepemilikan saham di
                                           PTS dengan nilai transaksi sebesar Rp139.993.000,-
                                           ("Transaksi").

                                           Berdasarkan ketentuan dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
                                           Keuangan No.31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas
                                           Informasi atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan
                                           Publik, divestasi saham akan menyebabkan penghentian
                                           salah satu segmen usaha Perseroan sehingga termasuk
                                           dalam informasi atau fakta yang harus diumumkan kepada
                                           masyarakat.

                                           Lebih lanjut, mengingat bahwa Perseroan mencatatkan
                                           defisiensi modal dan nilai Transaksi tidak melebihi 10%
                                           (sepuluh persen) dari total Aset Perseroan berdasarkan
                                           Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian untuk tahun yang berakhir
                                           pada tanggal 31 Desember 2025, maka Transaksi tidak
                                           dikategorikan sebagai Transaksi Material sebagaimana
                                           dimaksud dalam Pasal 3 Ayat (3) Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
                                           Keuangan No. 17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material
                                           dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha.

                                           Selain itu, mengingat bahwa Transaksi dilaksanakan dengan
                                           pihak yang tidak terafiliasi dengan Perseroan dan tidak
                                           mengandung unsur benturan kepentingan, maka Transaksi
                                           bukan merupakan Transaksi Afiliasi atau Transaksi Benturan
                                           Kepentingan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan
                                           Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 42/POJK.04/2020 tentang
                                           Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta      Berdasarkan pertimbangan manajemen Perseroan,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan        pelaksanaan Transaksi tidak memberikan dampak negatif
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,      yang signifikan bagi kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau        keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

                                             Shares divestment in the Company's Subsidiary Entity, namely
 Type of Material Information or Facts       PT Pigijo Travelindo Sakti ("PTS")

 Description of Material Information or     On April 23, 2026, the Company (as seller) and Steffen and
 Facts                                      Hevy Yafanny (as buyer) has signed a Deed of Sale and
                                            Purchase of Shares and Acquisition No. 13 dated April 23,
                                            2026 and Deed of Sale and Purchase of Shares and
                                            Acquisition No. 14 dated April 23, 2026, both executed before
                                            Notary Rini Yulianti, S.H., a Notary in East Jakarta for the
                                            transfer of 19,999 (nineteen thousand nine hundred and
                                            ninety-nine) shares representing 99.995% (ninety-nine point
                                            nine nine five percent) ownership of the shareholding in PTS
                                            with transaction value of IDR139,993,000.- ("Transaction").

                                            Based on the provisions of the Financial Services Authority
                                            Regulation No.31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of
                                            Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies,
                                            the divestment of shares will result in the termination of one of
                                            the Company's business segments, and therefore constitutes
                                            information or facts that must be announced to the public.

                                            Furthermore, considering that the Company is recording a
                                            capital deficiency and the Transaction value does not exceed
                                            10% (ten percent) of the Company's total assets based on the
                                            Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended
                                            December 31, 2025, the Transaction is not categorized as a
                                            Material Transaction as referred to in Article 3 Paragraph (3) of
                                            the Financial Services Authority Regulation
                                            No.17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material Transactions and
                                            Changes in Business Activities.

                                            In addition, since the Transaction is carried out with parties not
                                            affiliated with the Company and does not involve any conflict of
                                            interest, the Transaction does not constitute an Affiliated
                                            Transaction or a Conflict of Interest Transaction as referred to
                                            in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
                                            42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and
                                            Conflict of Interest Transactions.
