Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta Selatan 12190 Perihal /Subject : Penjelasan atas Perubahan Lebih dari 204 pada Total Liabilitas/ Explanation on the Changes of More than 2096 in Total Liabilities Dengan hormat / Dear Sir or Madam, Merujuk pada ketentuan butir III.1.1.4 Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi (Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor: Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022), bersama ini kami PT Link Net Tbk (“Perseroan”) menyampaikan penjelasan atas perubahan lebih dari 20Y6 atas Total Liabilitas pada Laporan Keuangan Tahunan per31 Desember 2023 dibandingkan dengan Laporan Keuangan Tahunan per 31 Desember 2022. Referring to the provision of point III.1.1.4 of Regulation Number I-E concerning the Obligation of Information Submission (Attachment to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Number: Kep-00066/BE1/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022), we, PT Link Net Tbk (the “Company"), hereby convey the Explanation on the Changes of More than 2096 in Total Liabilities on the Annual Financial Statements as at 31 December 2023 compared to the Annual Financial Statements as at 31 December 2022. Total kewajiban konsolidasian per tanggal 31 Desember 2023 tercatat sebesar Rp8.320.175 juta mengalami peningkatan sebesar 24,616 atau sebesar Rp1.643.421 juta dibandingkan dengan total kewajiban konsolidasian yang tercatat pada tanggal 31 Desember 2022 sebesar Rp6.676.754 juta. The total of consolidated liabilities as at 31 December 2023 was recorded at Rp8,320,175 million, increased of 24.6146 or Rp1,643,421 million compared to the total consolidated liabilities recorded as at 31 December 2022 of Rp6,676,754 million. Peningkatan atas total Kewajiban tersebut di atas terjadi karena adanya fasilitas kredit yang dicairkan oleh Perseroan sampai dengan 31 Desember 2023 dari (i) PT Bank Permata Tbk sebesar Rp1.750.000 juta: (ii) PT Bank Central Asia Tbk sebesar Rp1.750.000 juta (“Fasilitas”). Fasilitas digunakan untuk keperluan belanja modal dan pembiayaan kegiatan usaha Perseroan secara umum. The increase in total liabilities above was due to the credit facility utilized by the Company as at 31 December 2023 from (i) PT Bank Permata Tbk amounting to Rp1,750,000 million, (ii) PT Bank Central Asia Tbk amounting to Rp1,750,000 million (“Facility”). linknet Menurut Perseroan, pencairan Fasilitas dapat membantu kinerja keuangan Perseroan pada tahun berjalan dan tidak akan berdampak secara material pada kegiatan operasional serta kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
