persyaratan dan disetujui untuk menjadi Direktur pada PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk yang mana keputusan tersebut mulai berlaku sejak tanggal ditetapkannya yaitu pada tanggal 19 Februari 2024. Based on letter from the Financial Services Authority Number S- 534/PD.021/2024 dated February 20, 2024 and Decree of the Board of Commissioners Of the Financial Services Authority Number KEP- 87/PD.02/2024 concerning the Results of the Fit and Proper Assessment of Ms. Rosa Djunaidi as Candidate of the Director of PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk, decided that Ms. Rosa Djunaidi was dellared to have met the reguirements and was approved to become Director of PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk, where the decision came into effect from the date of enactment, February 19, 2024. Bahwa berdasarkan hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) pada tanggal 21 November 2023 yang menyebutkan bahwa pengangkatan Sdri. Rosa Djunaidi sebagai Direktur Perseroan efektif setelah mendapatkan persetujuan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan atas Penilaian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan, maka dengan adanya Hasil Penilaian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan tersebut Sdri. Rosa Djunaidi telah efektif menjabat sebagai Direktur Perseroan.
