Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 With due respect, In accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation, POJIK Number 29/POIK.04/2016 concerning Annual Reports af Issuers or Public Companies, Article 7 paragraph 1 states that Issuers or Public Companies must submit Annual Reports to the Financial Services Authority and the Indonesia Stock Exchange no later than the end of the 4th month (four) after the financial year ends.
