Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa pada tanggal 18 April 2026, Menteri Hukum Republik
Indonesia telah menerbitkan Keputusan Menteri Hukum
Republik Indonesia Nomor AHU 0025165.AH.01.02.TAHUN
2026 tentang Persetujuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan, yang dengan keputusan tersebut memberikan
persetujuan atas perubahan nama Perseroan dari semula PT
Matahari Department Store Tbk menjadi PT MDS Retailing
Tbk, sebagaimana diputuskan dan disetujui dalam Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Perseroan yang telah
diselenggarakan pada tanggal 15 April 2026.
Sehubungan dengan perubahan nama tersebut, Perseroan
memperkenalkan dan menggunakan logo baru sebagai
identitas korporasi Perseroan sebagaimana tercantum pada
lampiran, yang berlaku sejak tanggal 20 April 2026.
Adapun logo Matahari tetap digunakan dalam kegiatan usaha
dan operasional department store Matahari.
Lebih lanjut secara bertahap, logo Perseroan yang baru akan
digunakan di setiap dan seluruh dokumen, surat-menyurat dan
media komunikasi Perseroan, yang mencakup namun tidak
terbatas pada kop surat, amplop, stempel, e-mail, website,
kartu nama, pengumuman dan laporan, sesuai dengan hukum
dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penggunaan logo baru tersebut tidak menimbulkan dampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan material terhadap kegiatan operasional, aspek hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan dan entitas
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau anak Perseroan. Perseroan akan melakukan penyesuaian
Perusahaan Publik sebagaimana mestinya pada seluruh dokumen perizinan, bukti
kepemilikan atas harta benda, perjanjian/kontrak dengan pihak
lain, dan dokumen lainnya yang relevan agar selaras dengan
identitas Perseroan yang baru, secara bertahap. Adapun
kegiatan usaha dan operasional Perseroan tetap berjalan
dengan normal sebagaimana biasanya.

Change of the Company Corporate Logo
Type of Material Information or Facts
Description of Material Information or On 18 April 2026, the Minister of Law of the Republic of
Facts Indonesia issued Decree of the Minister of Law of the Republic
of Indonesia No. AHU 0025165.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026
regarding the Approval of the Amendment to the Articles of
Association of the Company, which by such decree granted
approval for the change of the Company name from PT
Matahari Department Store Tbk to PT MDS Retailing Tbk, as
resolved and approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting
of Shareholders of the Company convened on 15 April 2026.
In connection with such name change, the Company has
introduced and adopted a new logo as its corporate identity as
set out in the attachment, effective as of April 20, 2026.
The Matahari logo will continue to be used in the business
activities and operations of the Matahari department stores.
Furthermore, the Company shall progressively implement the
use of its new logo across all of the Company official
documents, correspondence, and communication media,
including but not limited to letterheads, envelopes, stamps,
electronic mail, the Company website, business cards,
announcements, and reports, in accordance with applicable
laws and regulations.

Impact of event, material information or The use of the new logo does not have any material impact on
facts towards Issuers or Public the operational activities, financial condition, or business
Company’s operational activities, legal, continuity of the Company and its subsidiaries. The Company
financial condition, or going concern will make the necessary adjustments, in due course, to all
licensing documents, proofs of asset ownership,
agreements/contracts with third parties, and other relevant
documents to align with the Company new identity, on a
gradual basis. Meanwhile, the Company business activities
and operations continue to run normally as usual.
