                                                    Lebih lanjut secara bertahap, logo Perseroan yang baru
                                                    akan digunakan di setiap dan seluruh dokumen, surat-
                                                    menyurat dan media komunikasi Perseroan, yang
                                                    mencakup namun tidak terbatas pada kop surat,
                                                    amplop, stempel, e-mail, website, kartu nama,
                                                    pengumuman dan laporan, sesuai dengan hukum dan
                                                    peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.


                                                    Penggunaan logo baru tersebut tidak menimbulkan
                                                    dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional,
          Dampak kejadian, informasi                aspek hukum, kondisi keuangan maupun kelangsungan
          atau fakta material tersebut              usaha Perseroan dan entitas anak Perseroan. Perseroan
          terhadap kegiatan                         akan melakukan penyesuaian sebagaimana mestinya

                                                    On 18 April 2026, the Minister of Law of the Republic of
                                                    Indonesia issued Decree of the Minister of Law of the
                                                    Republic of Indonesia No. AHU‑0025165.AH.01.02.TAHUN
                                                    2026 regarding the Approval of the Amendment to the
                                                    Articles of Association of the Company, which by such
                                                    decree granted approval for the change of the
                                                    Company’s name from PT Matahari Department Store
                                                    Tbk to PT MDS Retailing Tbk, as resolved and approved

                                                    the Company convened on 15 April 2026.

                                                    In connection with such name change, the Company
                                                    has introduced and adopted a new logo as its
                                                    corporate identity as follow, effective as of April 20, 2026:

                                                    The “Matahari” logo will continue to be used in the
                                                    business activities and operations of the “Matahari”
                                                    department stores.

                                                    Furthermore,    the  Company     shall  progressively
                                                    implement the use of its new logo across all of the
                                                    Company’s official documents, correspondence, and
                                                    communication media, including but not limited to
                                                    letterheads, envelopes, stamps, electronic mail, the
                                                    Company’s website, business cards, announcements,
                                                    and reports, in accordance with applicable laws and
                                                    regulations.


                                                    The use of the new logo does not have any material
                                                    impact on the operational activities, financial condition,
         The impact of the incident,                or business continuity of the Company and its
         material information or facts              subsidiaries. The Company will make the necessary
