           ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND
         EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
                     PT CHARNIC CAPITAL TBK


We herewith notify the Shareholders of PT Charnic Capital Tbk (“The Company”) that the
Company will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and an Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders (“Meeting”) on Monday, March 25, 2024.
In accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 15 /POJK.04/2020
concerning Plans and Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Public
Company, Summons for the Meeting will be announced on website of E-RUPS facilitator in
this regards is PT Kustodian Sentral Indonesia, website of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia and The
Company’s website on Friday, March 1, 2024.
Shareholders entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting are Shareholders whose
names are registered in the Register of Shareholders on sub-accounts in collective PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia ("KSEI") on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 16.00 WIB.
Each proposal of the Shareholders of the Company may be included in the agenda of the
Meeting, if it meets the requirements in paragraph 17 of article 12 of the Articles of
Association and Article 16 of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 15
/POJK.04/2020 on the Planning and Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders
of Public Company and must be received by The Company’s Board of Directors at the latest
7 (seven) days prior to the Meeting Invitation announced.
The Company encourages the Shareholders to take part in the Meeting by attending the
Meeting and casting votes online using the eASY.KSEI application or give power of attorney
electronically (e-proxy) including voting through the eASY.KSEI application.
