           terdapat suatu informasi material yang melibatkan Perseroan maka Perseroan akan menyampaikan
           keterbukaan informasi kepada publik selambat-lambatnya 2 (dua) hari kerja setelah terjadinya peristiwa
           tersebut.

           1. Kami baru mengetahui adanya berita terkait isu tersebut dari media massa. Melalui surat ini dapat
           disampaikan bahwa Perseroan pada dasarnya tidak dapat mengomentari rumor yang beredar di pasar.
           Perseroan juga ingin menekankan bahwa pada saat ini tidak ada diskusi terkait hal tersebut.

           2. Perseroan ingin menegaskan bahwa Perseroan saat ini memiliki fundamental dan posisi keuangan
           yang semakin kuat. Sebagaimana disampaikan sebelumnya dalam siaran pers tertanggal 31 Januari
           2024, dimana Grup telah berhasil mencapai target EBITDA yang disesuaikan positif di Q4 2023, serta
           melampaui batas atas panduan kinerja EBITDA yang disesuaikan untuk tahun 2023. Lebih lanjut,
           Perseroan juga akan menerima pendapatan jasa E-Commerce setiap kuartal dari Tokopedia yang
           berbasis pada Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) inti Tokopedia, dimana akan berkontribusi secara
           langsung pada earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) Grup GOTO.

           3. Perseroan akan terus fokus untuk bertumbuh secara sehat dan meraih profitabilitas dengan mendorong
           pengembangan inovasi produk dan keunggulan operasionalnya pada bisnis on-demand services (ODS)
           dan teknologi keuangan (fintech) dari grup, serta meningkatkan nilai pemegang saham.

           ENG:
           1. We have only just been aware of the issue from the mass media. Through this letter, the Company
           would like to convey that generally the Company cannot comment on rumors circulating in the market. The
           Company would also like to emphasize that currently, the Company is not having any discussion on such
           matters.

           2. The Company would like to emphasize that the Company has an increasingly strong fundamentals and
           financial position. As stated previously in the press release dated January 31, 2024, the Group has
           successfully achieved its positive Adjusted EBITDA target in Q4 2023, while exceeding the top end of its
           full year Adjusted EBITDA guidance range. Furthermore, the Company will also receive an E-Commerce
           service fee on a quarterly basis from Tokopedia corresponding with Core Gross Merchandise Value
           (GMV) of Tokopedia, which will directly contribute to the earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and

           amortization (EBITDA) of GOTO Group.
