kami sampaikan bahwa pada tanggal 9
Februari 2024, Perseroan telah menerima
surat permohonan pengunduran diri Ibu
Deshnee Naidoo sebagai Presiden
Komisaris dan Bapak Gustavo Garavaglia
sebagai Komisaris Perseroan. Sesuai
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan
Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan
Publik, Perusahaan akan mengadakan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham paling
lambat 90 hari setelah diterimanya
pengunduran diri tersebut untuk
memutuskan permohonan pengunduran diri
tersebut.
Referring to Article 9 letter a of Regulation
of Indonesian Financial Services Authority
No. 33/POJK.04/2014 regarding Board of
Directors and Board of Commissioners of
Issuer or Public Companies, we hereby
inform that on 9 Februari 2024, the
Company received a resignation letter of
Mrs. Deshnee Naidoo as a President
Commissioner and Mr. Gustavo Garavaglia
as a Commissioner of the Company. In
accordance with the Financial Services
Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014
on the Board of Directors and the Board of
Commissioners of Issue or Public
Company, the Company will convene a
General Meeting of Shareholders at the
latest 90 days as of the receipt of the
resignationletter to give its decision for the
resignation.
