tanah dan bangunan di Kota Bandar Lampung, Povinsi
Lampung.
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah melakukan penjualan atas aset berupa tanah
seluas 53.680 M2 (lima puluh tiga ribu enam ratus delapan
puluh meter persegi) berikut bangunan (tidak termasuk mesin-
mesin, alat-alat produksi dan sarana penunjang lainnya yang
berdiri dan terpasang di atas tanah tersebut) yang terletak di
Kota Bandar Lampung, Provinsi Lampung kepada Pembeli
yang tidak terafiliasi dengan Perseroan.
Transaksi penjualan tanah dan bangunan tersebut telah
diselesaikan dengan nilai transaksi sebesar
Rp.67.100.000.000,00 (enam puluh tujuh miliar seratus juta
Rupiah) berdasarkan Akta Jual Beli nomor 31/2026, 32/2026,
dan 33/2026, semuanya tertanggal 20 April 2026 dan dibuat
oleh RICHARD ADI PRASTYA, S.H., M.Kn., Pejabat Pembuat
Akta Tanah di Kota Bandar Lampung.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta -Kegiatan Operasional: Transaksi tidak merubah segmen atau
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan usaha Perseroan. Saat ini Perseroan telah menyewa
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, fasilitas pengolahan kopi yang lebih efisien sesuai dengan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kebutuhan Perseroan
Perusahaan Publik -Hukum: Dengan telah ditandatanganinya dokumen
pengalihan tersebut maka hak dan kewajiban atas tanah dan
bangunan telah beralih kepada Pihak Pembeli.
-Kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik: Perseroan berkeyakinan bahwa penjualan
aset tetap ini akan memberikan manfaat dalam memperbaiki
posisi keuangan Perseroan. Dana hasil penjualan aset
tersebut akan digunakan untuk menambah modal kerja
Perseroan dalam bisnis biji kopi dan pembayaran gaji
karyawan

Report on the Results of the Implementation of Material
Type of Material Information or Facts Transactions on the Sale of Land and Buildings in Bandar
Lampung City, Lampung Province.
Description of Material Information or The Company has made a sale of assets in the form of land
Facts covering an area of 53,680 m2 (fifty-three thousand six
hundred eighty square meters) along with buildings (excluding
machinery, production equipment, and other supporting
facilities installed on the land) located in Bandar Lampung City,
Lampung Province to a Buyer not affiliated with the Company.
The sale transaction of the land and buildings has been
completed with a transaction value of IDR 67,100,000,000.00
(sixty-seven billion one hundred million Rupiah) based on Sale
and Purchase Deed numbers 31/2026, 32/2026, and 33/2026,
all dated April 20, 2026, and executed by RICHARD ADI
PRASTYA, S.H., M.Kn., Land Deed Official in Bandar
Lampung City.
Impact of event, material information or -Operational Activities: The transaction does not change the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company's business segments or activities. The Company has
Company’s operational activities, legal, currently leased a more efficient coffee processing facility to
financial condition, or going concern meet its needs.
-Legal: With the signing of the transfer document, the rights
and obligations regarding the land and building have been
transferred to the Purchaser.
-Financial condition or business continuity of the Issuer or
Public Company: The Company believes that the sale of these
fixed assets will benefit the Company's financial position. The
proceeds from the sale of these assets will be used to increase
the Company's working capital in the coffee bean business
and to pay employee salaries.
