RUPS Luar Biasa Perseroan Tahun 2025 yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 15 Desember 2025 telah menyetujui pengangkatan Bapak Febrio Nathan Kacaribu sebagai Komisaris Non Independen Perseroan. Selanjutnya melalui Surat OJK No. SR-291/PB. 13/2026 tanggal 17 April 2026, OJK menyampaikan Salinan Keputusan Anggota Dewan Komisioner OJK No. KEPR-48/D.03/2026 tanggal 17 April 2026 yang menyetujui pengangkatan Bapak Febrio Nathan Kacaribu sebagai Komisaris Non Independen Perseroan. Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut dan dengan memperhatikan peraturan OJK terkait, maka bersama ini kami laporkan tanggal efektif pengangkatan Bapak Febrio Nathan Kacaribu sebagai Komisaris Non Independen Perseroan pada tanggal 17 April 2026. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Of the Company held on December 15, 2025, approved the appointment of Mr. Febrio Nathan Kacaribu as a Non-Independent Commissioner of the Company.
