Informasi Perseroan pada tanggal 23 Januari 2024,
ICTSI Far East Pte Ltd (IFEL) sebagai Penjual dan PT
Saranakelola Investa sebagai Pembeli telah
menandatangani Conditional Share Sale and Purchase
Agreement tanggal 22 Januari 2024 (Perjanjian Jual
Beli Saham Bersyarat). Perubahan kepemilikan
saham yang telah terjadi tanggal 1 Februari 2024
tersebut merupakan pelaksanaan dari Perjanjian Jual
Beli Saham Bersyarat.
As mentioned in the Information Disclosure of the
Company dated 23 January 2024, ICTSI Far East Pte
Ltd as the Seller and PT Saranakelola Investa as the
Purchaser signed a Conditional Share Sale and
Purchase Agreement on 22 January 2024 (Conditional
Share Sale and Purchase Agreement). The change of
share ownership resulted from the implementation of
the Conditional Share Sale and Purchase Agreement.

under the laws of Singapore. As part of its business
activities, IFEL has portfolio investments in a number
of companies, including the Company.
