Tiphone Tahap III Tahun 2017, Akta Nomor 43, tanggal 7 Juni 2017, yang dibuat di hadapan
Hasbullah Abdul Rasyid, S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di Jakarta Selatan, berikut perubahan-
perubahannya, pada Pasal 5 dan Pasal lainnya yang terkait, serta perjanjian lainnya yang
berkaitan dengan Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan (apabila ada), mengenai tjadwal dan tata cara
pembayaran Bunga Tunai Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tiphone Tahap III Tahun 2017.
