Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 18 Agustus 2026 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA),
perusahaan jasa energi terintegrasi yang tergabung dalam
Subholding Upstream Pertamina, terus memperkuat perannya
dalam mendukung peningkatan produksi dan efisiensi operasi
hulu migas nasional. Penguatan tersebut dilakukan melalui
integrasi kapabilitas teknologi, engineering, operational
services, serta chemical solutions yang dikembangkan untuk
menjawab kebutuhan produksi migas yang semakin kompleks.
Salah satu kapabilitas strategis tersebut dijalankan melalui PT
Elnusa Petrofin, anak usaha Elnusa yang mengembangkan
Integrated Chemical Services, termasuk specialty chemical,
drilling fluid, dan Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR). Dengan
pengalaman dan jangkauan operasi di berbagai wilayah
Indonesia, Elnusa tidak hanya berperan sebagai penyedia
material pendukung, tetapi berkembang sebagai bagian dari
solusi untuk menjaga production performance, flow assurance,
asset integrity, hingga optimalisasi produktivitas minyak.
Penguatan tersebut semakin relevan dengan agenda
Pemerintah untuk meningkatkan produksi minyak nasional
hingga 1 juta barel per hari pada 2030. Kementerian ESDM
menegaskan bahwa pencapaian target tersebut membutuhkan
optimalisasi produksi melalui teknologi, reaktivasi sumur idle,
serta pengembangan potensi migas baru. Enhanced Oil
Recovery menjadi salah satu teknologi yang didorong untuk
meningkatkan perolehan minyak dari lapangan yang telah
berproduksi.
Dalam ekosistem Pertamina Group, Elnusa mengambil bagian
strategis dalam kapabilitas teknologi menjadi solusi yang
dapat diimplementasikan di lapangan. Salah satunya melalui
kolaborasi dengan Pertamina Technology & Innovation (TI)
dalam pengembangan dan implementasi solusi chemical untuk
Enhanced Oil Recovery. Sinergi ini mempertemukan
kapabilitas riset dan pengembangan teknologi dengan
kemampuan implementasi, engineering, dan operasional di
lapangan.
Kolaborasi tersebut juga menjadi bagian dari perjalanan
pengembangan solusi Chemical Enhanced Oil Recovery
(CEOR), termasuk Project CEOR Rama yang dilaksanakan
pada 8 Juli 2026 lalu. Kehadiran Elnusa dalam pengembangan
dan implementasi solusi CEOR memperlihatkan bagaimana
kapabilitas chemical dapat hadir secara langsung dengan
kebutuhan production enhancement di aset hulu. Selain itu,
Elnusa juga turut mendukung dalam milestone operational
excellence perjalanan lima tahun alih kelola di beberapa
Wilayah Kerja Rokan oleh Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) untuk
project CEOR, diantaranya di Sumatra Light North dan
Sumatra Light South.
Portofolio Integrated Chemical Services Elnusa mencakup fluid
separation, flow assurance, asset integrity assurance, water
treatment, drilling fluid, hingga EOR. Kapabilitas tersebut telah
diterapkan pada berbagai aset upstream Pertamina Group di
Regional 1, 2, dan 3, seperti: Pertamina Hulu Rokan,
Pertamina EP, Pertamina Hulu Mahakam, serta diperkuat
dengan pengembangan specialty chemical serta peningkatan
kandungan lokal, sehingga membuka peluang value creation
yang lebih besar bagi ekosistem hulu.

bahwa integrasi kapabilitas di dalam ekosistem Pertamina
Group menjadi salah satu kekuatan Elnusa dalam memberikan
solusi yang lebih menyeluruh bagi industri hulu migas. "Target
peningkatan produksi minyak nasional membutuhkan
orkestrasi seluruh kapabilitas dalam ekosistem hulu. Elnusa
mengambil peran melalui integrasi teknologi, kompetensi, dan
eksekusi operasional agar setiap solusi yang kami hadirkan
dapat memberikan kontribusi terukur terhadap peningkatan
produktivitas aset. Kami melihat peluang ini bukan hanya
sebagai pengembangan bisnis, tetapi sebagai bagian dari
kontribusi Elnusa terhadap agenda ketahanan energi
nasional." tambah Rustam.

strategis Pertamina Group.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 18 August 2026 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA), an
Facts integrated energy services company and part of Pertamina's
Upstream Subholding, continues to strengthen its role in
supporting increased national upstream oil and gas production
and operational efficiency. This effort is carried out through the
integration of technology, engineering, operational services,
and chemical solutions developed to address the increasingly
complex requirements of oil and gas production.
One of these strategic capabilities is delivered through PT
Elnusa Petrofin, an Elnusa subsidiary that develops Integrated
Chemical Services, including specialty chemicals, drilling
fluids, and Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) solutions. With
extensive experience and operational coverage across various
regions in Indonesia, Elnusa has evolved beyond being a
provider of supporting materials to becoming an integral part of
solutions aimed at maintaining production performance, flow
assurance, asset integrity, and optimizing oil productivity.
These capabilities are increasingly relevant to the
Government's agenda to raise national oil production to 1
million barrels per day by 2030. The Ministry of Energy and
Mineral Resources (ESDM) has emphasized that achieving
this target requires production optimization through technology
deployment, the reactivation of idle wells, and the development
of new oil and gas potential. Enhanced Oil Recovery is among
the technologies being promoted to increase oil recovery from
mature producing fields.
Within the Pertamina Group ecosystem, Elnusa plays a
strategic role in translating technological capabilities into
solutions that can be implemented in the field. One example is
its collaboration with Pertamina Technology & Innovation (TI)
in the development and implementation of chemical solutions
for Enhanced Oil Recovery. This synergy brings together
research and technology development capabilities with
Elnusa's field implementation, engineering, and operational
expertise.
The collaboration is also part of the ongoing development of
Chemical Enhanced Oil Recovery (CEOR) solutions, including
the CEOR Rama Project, which was carried out on July 8,
2026. Elnusa's involvement in the development and
implementation of CEOR solutions demonstrates how
chemical capabilities can be directly aligned with production
enhancement requirements in upstream assets. In addition,
Elnusa has supported the operational excellence milestones
throughout the five-year transition of several Working Areas in
the Rokan region managed by Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR)
for CEOR projects, including Sumatra Light North and Sumatra
Light South.
Elnusa's Integrated Chemical Services portfolio covers fluid
separation, flow assurance, asset integrity assurance, water
treatment, drilling fluids, and EOR. These capabilities have
been implemented across various Pertamina Group upstream
assets in Regions 1, 2, and 3, including Pertamina Hulu
Rokan, Pertamina EP, and Pertamina Hulu Mahakam. The
portfolio is further strengthened through the development of
specialty chemicals and increased local content, creating
greater opportunities for value creation across the upstream
ecosystem.
