Dalam hal Perusahaan Tercatat telah menyampaikan informasi materi Public Expose sebagaimana dalam
ketentuan butir III.3.6, bersamaan dengan penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Auditan tahunan, maka
Perusahaan Tercatat dianggap telah memenuhi kewajiban Public Expose tahunan sebagaimana dimaksud
dalam ketentuan III.3.1. Peraturan ini.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut diatas maka berikut kami sampaikan materi Public Expose Tahunan
Tahun 2026, PT Inocycle Technology Group Tbk yang disampaikan bersamaan dengan Laporan Keuangan
Tahunan Perseroan untuk Tahun Buku 2025 (yang telah diaudit) yang disampaikan melalui Surat nomor
0019/SP-LEGAL/INO-TGR/IV/2026 tanggal 17 April 2026 perihal Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan
Tahunan Tahun Buku 2025 (yang telah diaudit), PT Inocycle Technology Group Tbk (“Perseroan”).

In order to comply with the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, No. Kep-
00087/BEI/12-2025, regarding Regulation Number I-E concerning the Obligation to Submit Information
dated December 12, 2025, specifically point III.3.1, regarding the obligation to conduct a Public Expose.
If a Listed Company has submitted material information for a Public Expose as stipulated in point III.3.6,
concurrently with the submission of its annual Audited Financial Statements, the Listed Company is
deemed to have fulfilled its annual Public Expose obligation as stipulated in point III.3.1 of this
Regulation.
Therefore, herewith we submit the following material for the Annual Public Expose Year 2026, PT
Inocycle Technology Group Tbk which is submitted together with the Company's Annual Financial
Statements for the Financial Year of 2025 (audited) through Letter number 0019/SP-LEGAL/INO-
TGR/IV/2026 dated April 17, 2026 regarding Submission of Audited Annual Financial Statements for the
Financial Year of 2024, PT Inocycle Technology Group Tbk (“The Company”).
