32/POJK.04/2015 concerning Capital Increases in Public
Companies through the Granting of Preemptive Rights, as
amended by Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
14/POJK.04/2019;
(ii) Decision of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. Kep-00101/BEl/12-2021 regarding Amendments
to Regulation No. I-A on the Listing of Shares and Equity-Type
Securities Other Than Shares Issued by Listed Companies;
and
(iii) Circular Letter from the Board of Directors of PT Bursa
