Kantor Akuntan Publik Jamaludin, Ardi, Sukimto & rekan dengan Akuntan Publik ( Signing Partner) yaitu bapak Raynold
Nainggolan, CPA, telah melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan Perseroan untuk periode tahun 2022.

statements ending on 31 December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
The Public Accounting of Jamaludin, Ardi, Sukimto & Partners, with Mr. Raynold Nainggolan CPA, as the signing
partner, has conducted an audit of the Company's financial statements for the fiscal year of 2022.
