     Tanggapan:
     Perseroan dapat menyampaikan bahwa saat ini pemegang saham Perseroan, yaitu BY telah
     melakukan pembelian atas saham Perseroan melalui pasar reguler pada tanggal 24 Januari 2024
     dengan jumlah sebanyak 1,980,500 lembar saham atau sebesar 0.07% dari modal disetor
     Perseroan saat ini.

     Adapun Perseroan akan menyampaikan kepada OJK dan BEI atas perubahan jumlah
     kepemilikan saham oleh BY tersebut di atas dengan memperhatikan ketentuan POJK No.
     11/2017 dan Peraturan I-E.

     The Company can submit that currently, the Company's shareholders, namely BY have
     purchased the Company's shares through the regular market on January 24, 2024 with an
     amount of 1.980.500 shares or equal to 0,07% of the Company's current issued capital.

     The Company will convey to OJK and IDX the changes in the number of share ownership by BY
     mentioned above by referring to the provisions of POJK No. 11/2017 and I-E Regulation.


3.   Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek
     Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik.

     Information/facts/other important events that are material and could affect the price of the
     Company's securities and the survival of the Company that have not been disclosed to the
     public

     Jawab:
     Tidak terdapat informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang bersifat material yang belum
     diungkapkan kepada publik, kecuali perubahan jumlah kepemilikan saham BY pada Perseroan
     sebagaimana telah di sebutkan di atas.

     Lebih lanjut, Perseroan berkomitmen untuk memenuhi ketentuan-ketentuan peraturan OJK dan
     peraturan IDX serta menyampaikan keterbukan informasi kepada Masyarakat apabila terdapat
     informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang bersifat material.

     There is no other important information/facts/events that is material and has not been disclosed
     to the public, except for changes in the amount of BY's share ownership in the Company as
     mentioned above.

     Furthermore, the Company is committed to complying with the provisions of OJK regulations
     and IDX regulations and conveying information disclosure to the public if there is other
     important material information/facts/events.

4.   Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana
     diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan
     Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

     Is the Company aware of any activities from certain shareholders as regulated in Financial
     Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning Ownership Reports or
     Any Changes in Ownership of Public Company Shares?

     Jawab:
     Perseroan mengetahui bahwa terdapat perubahan jumlah kepemilikan saham BY pada
     Perseroan sebagaimana telah dijelaskan pada angka 3 di atas dan Perseroan akan melakukan

     pelaporan atas perubahan jumlah kepemilikan tersebut dengan memperhatikan ketentuan POJK
     No. 11/2017 dan Peraturan I-E.

     The Company acknowledges that there is a change in the amount of BY's share ownership in the
     Company as described in number 3 above, and the Company will report the change in the
     amount of ownership by taking into account the provisions of POJK No. 11/2017 and I-E
     Regulation.

5.   Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
     termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
     (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

     Does the Company have plans to take corporate action in the near future, including corporate
     action plans that will affect the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3
     months)?

     Jawab:
     Perseroan dapat menyampaikan bahwa sampai dengan saat ini belum terdapat
     informasi/keputusan sehubungan dengan tindakan korporasi yang akan dilakukan oleh
     Perseroan dalam jangka waktu 3 bulan mendatang.

     The Company can convey that until now there has been no information/decision regarding
     corporate actions that will be carried out by the Company within the next 3 months.


6.   Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal
     ini, Corporate Secretary agar menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama
     dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

     The controlling shareholder's plans related to their share ownership in the Company. In this
     case, the Corporate Secretary should confirm the controlling shareholders first before giving
     answer.

     Jawab:
     Sekretaris Perusahaan Perseroan telah melakukan konfirmasi kepada pemegang saham utama
     Perseroan dan dapat disampaikan bahwa pemegang saham utama Perseroan berkomitmen
     terhadap Perseroan dan tidak mempunyai rencana untuk mengurangi kepemilikan sahamnya
     pada Perseroan.

     The Company's Corporate Secretary has confirmed to the Company's principal shareholder
     and it can be conveyed that the Company's principal shareholder is committed to the Company
     and has no plans to reduce its shareholding in the Company.
