Klarifikasi atas kebenaran berita tersebut/Clariffication of the correctness of news Informasi dalam Pemberitaan tanggal 22 Januari 2024 yang dimuat di media CNBCIndonesia tidak benar dan tidak pernah dikonfirmasikan kepada pihak Perseroan sebelumnya. Sehingga perlu kami sampaikan bahwa sampai saat ini, tidak terdapat aksi korporasi terkait dengan rencana akuisisi yang dilakukan oleh Investor dari Singapura dengan PT Buana Finance Tbk (Perseroan). Dalam melaksanakan setiap rencana transaksi atau aksi korporasi, Perseroan akan senantiasa memperhatikan dan memenuhi kewajiban-kewajiban yang perlu dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, termasuk diantaranya ketentuan di bidang pasar modal. So we inform that as of now, there is no corporate action related to the acguisition plan conducted by Investor from Singapore and PT Buana Finance Tbk (the Company). In conducting every proposed transaction or corporate action, the Company will always consider and comply with the reguired obligations pursuant tothe prevailing laws and regulations, including the capital market regulations 2.
