Description of Material Information | - Based on the Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of

'Appoint Mr. Han Chang Sik as President Director of the Company
effective as of the closing of the Meeting, and each of them will be
effective after obtaining (fit and proper test) from the OJK and has

Decree No. 04I/KEP-DIR/HC.II/IV/2026 dated April 14, 2026

Based on the foregoing, we hereby state that:
